Shocking Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service. It took 6 weeks for the phone to arrive (apparently they don’t carry stock)
During that 6 weeks I emailed them twice and messaged them on social media. I didn’t get a single reply.
Anyway, the phone has no arrived and it doesn’t work ( I have no signal) I’ve spent all day talking to Vodafone and they have no record of my purchase. They told me to go back to BuyMobiles - which is difficult as you can’t get in touch with anyone there.
I’ll be returning the phone & continuing with my old Tesco Contract.
It’s not worth all the hassle to save £2 per month.

I’m very sorry that it took so long for your handset to reach you. I’ve checked the DPD tracking, and I can see that it has now been delivered, which is great news.
I’m also really sorry that you didn’t receive the support you needed through our social channels. These channels aren’t always monitored, and we never want you to feel unsupported. We’ll be feeding this back to the relevant teams to help improve this going forward.
You also mentioned that you had no signal. This can sometimes happen when an order includes a PAC code, as the transfer process can take a couple of working days. PAC transfers also don’t complete over the weekend. From what I can see on your account, your number should now be active but if you’re still experiencing any issues, please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Customer service ghosted me instead of completing a return
I'm really disappointed. Customer service ghosted me after I opted for a return. They literally never followed up with the return details. When I followed up with them again, they blamed me for the delay and said the product was no longer within it's return period! Unbelievable. They haven't followed through with the return, and I feel completely manipulated as a buyer. They are in it for the income and not the service that's for sure.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was a bit hesitant at first because the price seemed too good to be true, but the entire process was seamless. The customer service team is top-notch and answered all my questions quickly. My new handset arrived in less than 24 hours. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a mobile contract now.

The process was really easy
The process was really easy, and I have used them before, the service was good and the checks were fast the only issue was the delivery company they used (DPD) I took a day off to wait in for the phone, but the driver (Anderson ) made NO attempt to deliver , took a photo of somewhere , and said sorry it won't arrive today.

Ordered my new phone afternoon of 30th…
Ordered my new phone afternoon of 30th December and it arrived 24 hours later. I was surprised it arrived so soon, given the time of year.
I would also like to add that going through buymobiles is much cheaper than going via the network. This is the second time I've used them for a new phone and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone.
