Appalling Service – Left Without a Phone for almost a day
Ordered on Saturday, fully expecting it to be processed on Sunday/Monday under the next day delivery promise. What followed was an absolute disaster.
Delivery:
DPD claimed a “delivery issue” on Monday, then didn’t even attempt delivery to my address on Tuesday — despite having the correct address. No updates, no effort, just excuses.
Customer Service:
I called Carphone Warehouse and DPD. Both were completely unhelpful. Repetitive scripts, no ownership, no solutions. I was mid‑switch, so their incompetence left me without a SIM and without an active network.
In the end, I walked into Vodafone, and they sorted everything in 20 minutes — something neither company could manage in three days.
Genuinely shocking service. If you rely on your phone or need a company that actually resolves issues, avoid this place.

Customer service lacking
The whole collection process was terrible for me, the company accidentally forgot to send the confirmation email to say it was ready, had to ring twice regarding that, then went to collect which was a hour away, drove to the store and they didn’t have anyone there who could give me the item due to being understaffed due to people on holiday (not there fault just irritating after making 2 hour round trip for just the phone), So had to return a week later to collect.

Staff member went above when faced with difficulty setting up my new phone. She was pleasant, and extremely patient with me, especially as I had forgotten most of my log in information and despite it taking over 90 minutes, she got me up and running.
