Fabulous paving
Posting a review was the most difficult part! The ordering was easy, the delivery was superb with the friendliest of delivery drivers. The paving is 5 star. The breakages, which our landscaper had advised were to be expected, were so minimal they could be disregarded. The mix was superb and the price unbeatable. Cannot recommend too highly

Hi Customer,
I can see from our email chain with yourself that we tried to deliver to your property but unfortunately when using a third party courier we have to entrust that they will be able to follow the delivery through. However on this occasion I can see that they were refusing to deliver down the farm track. I can see from the photos that you supplied us and the information given that you believe the delivery should of been successful but we were not able to override their decision. The only alternative method would be to break down to a 7.5t. This was declined and we did give you a full refund.
We can only apologise about the disruption on the delivery service side and try to be as efficient as we can. I would like to think that from the other side of your ordering journey that the website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. It was the delivery side of the order that has lead you to leave a 1* review.
We are a family run business and take our feedback seriously and on board and understand how important feedback is. Positive or negative. Feedback has been passed onto the courier company and the third party network to see how we overcome such obstacles down the line.

Inferior product and poor customer service
Absolutely shocking product (Kandala smooth) and customer service. The tiles, as soon as l laid, have a permanent mottled appearance that destroys the whole look. I have been told that this will disappear with time, it has not. I have been told it is due the residue from the grout and to use a specific product, this will resolve it, it does not. I have been told that it the something to do with products person who installed it and they have never had any issues with this tile before, yet even the pictures on their website show exactly the same problem. I have emailed and phoned the manager on several occasions and had no response. I have spoken their so-called technical expert who simply states they are not responsible, even when I highlight that the issues I am facing, which he denies are an issue with the tile, is evedent in photographs on their website. I strongly recommend you do not shop here. I have a patio that looks awful, and the manager ignores my calls and emails.

I ordered the wrong pavers for my driveway, my mistake NOT theirs.
BGP swapped out the pavers with no quibble, excellent customer service.

A wrong address in London (we live in Southampton)
Our order was initially delivered to the wrong address, and when it did arrive, late, the tiles were not cut straight. They even had an X on the back indicating that this had already been noticed prior to sending.
We called every day for a week with the 'manager' the only person who could help but he was never available and never called back. We had to make alternative arrangements (our landscaper could just sit around and wait for their reply) and we never heard back. Terrible Company selling Terrible Product and ZERO customer service.
