I used buyJeans.net for several years, always a great service and when I did contact them got a swift and helpful response.

Placed an order 20/5 which arrived the following week, however the jeans are the wrong size. Sent numerous emails, no one answers the phone, so I'm stuck with jeans I cant wear.

Something has clearly gone very wrong, don't give them your money.

Edit: what with all the recent glowing reviews....ha! Maybe that's the why the staff are too busy to answer the phone or reply to emails.

I have been a Buy Jeans customer for over 5 years. My orders have been great. I really like the fact that your jeans can be altered (being a little challenged on the height front :) The real thing about this company is value, value, value. They supply good brands at really inexpensive prices. By the way, I also exchanges a pair that I didn't like on one order and this was no problem and was dealt with easily and efficiently.

I was surprised to read the negative comments about this company. I have bought jeans on line from them many times over recent years and haven't experienced any problems, except once when there was a delay in sending the stock. However, even then they let me know by email and stock shortage is always a risk shopping on line, just as it is in a shop!

I've ordered two sets of Jeans, neither arrived, now trying to recover £150 plus through VISA. Do not buy from this company... if indeed a company exists!

I need to update this review to be fair to buy-jeans on this occasion. After e-mails between myself and customer services (thank you Emma) a refund for both orders was received and into the bank quite quickly. My original concerns that I'd been scammed was not in fact the case, just a significant problem with supply chain and turn around.
My complaint is still that buy- jeans should not advertise sizes they can not supply or have in stock but I'm sure if you don't mind waiting you should get what you ordered in the end.

Ordered Levi's on the 13th of April and paid in full but nothing arrived. After complaining by e-mail got the stock answer much as everybody else, not in stock but can be delivered on the week commencing 19th of May.

On 25th April cancel order as company could not deliver goods within 30 days of order which is contrary to the Consumers Protection ( Distance Buying) Regulations 2000 and a breach of contract.

Have sent numerous e-mails and a letter and I have received no reply, trying to get through on the phone is useless. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Will be making a complaint to Trading Standards, hopefully with enough complaints they will cease trading or better still prosecuted

Their way of doing business seems to be to take your money, do nothing until you contact them, apologise and tell you item out of stock, offer refund, keep your money. Do not use.

Great prices but slow delivery and poor communication.
Happy with my purchase but it took over 2 months to arrive. I was never updated with any problems which were causing the delay. I was however always contacted within there 48hour email promise when I wanted an update or wondered why things had not happened when they said they would.
I would have been happier if payment had not been taken 2 months before delivery.

As with other reviewers, I have had a similarly nasty experience with this company : order placed, no acknowledgement, no answer on the Customer Services and no replies to emails until I finally received what looked like an automatically generated reply to inform me that the item I had ordered was out of stock.
Repeated attempts to contact the company by phone / e-mail (Luke, Becki, Wendy, Laura, Emily) to try to change or cancel the order have been unsuccessful.
Should be investigated under Sale of Goods Act.

Made an order for Levi's 501 jeans on March 15th.Didn't hear anything from the company so sent an email.Didn't get a reply until April 1st which informed me that they were out of stock and that they wouldn't be available until April 21st.

In that email they stated that I could get a refund so I replied back asking exactly that.Got no email back so on April 18th I sent an email saying that since they ignored my refund request I may as well get the jeans considering I've waited this long.

Its now April 24th.No jeans.No refund.Doesn't matter how many times I ring,nobody picks up the phone.

I find it absolutely incredible that in 2014 a company is allowed to operate like this.If an item is out of stock it should be stated when ordering.

Does this company understand it's own terms & conditions at all or would they like me to come & explain them as there service is the pits after they took my MONEY for the 501 jeans I ordered on April 1st as a present for my husband & needed within there delivery date, Can you believe nobody bothered to contact me for none delivery it was me a customer who at to email them ( nobody picks up a phone) so after 4 days a reply, no stock would I wait for delivery MAY 2nd or a cash refund of my payment taken, obviously a refund please as if I wanted to wait that long for a item I needed quickly.
Well still waiting for MY MONEY BACK after 13 emails or more sent to Emma @ sales & Becky @ customer service, anybody who wants jeans from this company beware as if I had bothered to read before I ordered then I would have passed them by. All I can say is this company should not be open for business & should be charged with theft as that is what they are doing to people, taking there money & keeping it just hoping that people don't bother contacting them,
Total shame on them as I battled to save that money up as I am unable to work due to a disability & constant pain for 4 years ago so really did not need this stress of chasing after my MONEY but I will do so even if I have to contact the newspapers to print about the despicable way they treat there customers.

Absolute shambles...they were happy to take my money & then i had to chase the order 2 weeks later only to be told they were out of stock & would re-order. After being told to expect delivery 7th April & chasing again on 14th April to be told they were there & expect email confirming delivery 16th April. After calling today & getting no answer i emailed a complaint (17th) i have been told they are in fact not there & they could alter 36 leg to make it 34 leg free of charge...no thanks just refund my money!!

The jeans were fine when I got them, I waited far too long ( 3weeks) but I had to phone and email to get some action. Way, way to slow in delivery, friendly enough staff over the phone. I suspect their distribution needs sorting big time.

Ordered jeans. They took my money and then e-mailed me to say estimated delivery would be in about 3 months (even though I was told they were in stock when I placed the order). I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Have had no reply to my e-mail.

Just shy of two weeks later, I have still not received the jeans I ordered. Whenever I've spoken to them directly, they've had a really nice manner about them, very friendly, but the overall supply chain management is clearly not very good at all. Good price, but speed of delivery is begging for improvement. They'll need to get much better, as it's competitive out there!

Orders turn up ,but if Amazon had 10 points for speed then this lot have 2.

Ordered my jeans on 8th January and as at 20 Jan, still haven't got them. I've now emailed twice and still haven't had a reply. I'll be contacting my card company soon! Poor show and terrible customer service.

Back in March I ordered some Levi's from these guys at a big discount to list price. Shortly after they got in touch to say they were having supplier issues and there would be a ~4 week delay, did I want to wait? Sure, they're cheap and it's not urgent. When the same thing happened at their next due date I cancelled and quickly got a refund, but left them on back-order in case they got more.

Today (11 July) they called me to say they'd had more stock and had put a pair by for me if I wanted them.

While I found it extremely annoying that they don't have better stock level info on the website, their customer service was efficient and their pricing is very keen. I'd happily use them again, so long as I wasn't in a hurry!
