When you buy online from this company you would expect to be able to return an item within 28 days but this is where it all goes wrong. Staff completely refused any help. I asked them to organise the courier for which I was prepared to pay. I was told to find a courier myself and return the item within 3 days! I paid £97 to return the item with Tracked courier but was again refused the refund as the packaging was damaged in transit. No photos of any damage to the item were provided by Buttercup. I was advised to make a claim with the courier company. No refund from Buttercup!

I was looking for a medium growhouse and they had just the one I was looking for. It was easy to order and was despatched by Access Garden Products. I was kept regularly informed of the progress of delivery which arrived within the stated delivery time. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recomend.

The chairs purchased were advertised as fully assembled. Mine were delivered flat packed. Why not tell the truth when selling products I only purchased from you because it said fully assembled.I could have purchased a lot cheaper elsewhere Flatpacked. A totally Unprofessional company Avoid they can't be trusted.
