Ignore any "positive reviews because they were probably written by the company to allow themselves to get a slightly higher rating.

I am still waiting for a response to my numerous emails and refund from two months ago! No communication or resolution whatsoever and it is absolutely disgusting. They will take your money instantly but give you nothing but an awful customer experience.

If I could give a zero for this I would! I ordered the wild love bouquet of flowers for my partner at a total cost of £100.96 I received a text later that day saying the Lillie's where out of stock but they would make up the bouquet with other flowers so I agreed thinking that they would still make the bouquet worth the money I had paid,

Unfortunately when the bouquet finally turned up they where a very small cheap bunch of flowers that I could of got from the local Sainsbury's for £20 I have tried contacting via phone email and the number they text me off regarding the Lillie's but not had a response, it is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional I want a refund but as I've read most reviews on here it doesn't look like I will get one l, lesson learnt and I will definitely read reviews in future before ordering from places like this

Flowers for a birthday didn’t arrive. No one answers the phone. Emailed and eventually had correspondence saying the flowers arrived when they haven’t. Ridiculous!!!

Flowers arrived on the day I requested them and they were very gently handled and packaged excellently to keep them fresh.
I bought the spring bouquet in a medium size with a cream ceramic zinc jug for my fiancé.
Well, she absolutely loves them. They’re wonderfully presented and look very fresh. Faultless service and will look to use regularly as it’s a very convenient way to bring colour and joy to the house.

Having seen these other reviews after I made my order I was concerned. However my daughter has just received a beautiful florists choice - next day delivery as ordered. All good as far as my experience goes.

I ordered same day delivery yesterday for my sister who is feeling very low due to attending a medical appointment. The flowers did not arrive. I tried phoning the company at 4pm, but the phone lines were closed. So I emailed them. To their credit, they replied straight away, apologising, and said they would upgrade the flowers, and they would be delivered today.

They were delivered today, and the upgraded flowers looked amazing.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Worst service ever. Steer clear of this company at all costs!

Can only concur with the rest of the negative reviews here. Flowers didn’t arrive, excuses made, another disappointed customer and a sister in law without her birthday surprise.

Worst and smallest bunch of flowers I've seen for the money, my parents where really disappointed, please avoid this company at all costs,,, being local you would think they understand the market... Companies like this that spoil peoples special day deserve to go under.

I ordered flowers for a funeral, the day before I received an email to them me they could not for full the order. I requested a refund and chased three times, still haven’t got it so I will be going through my bank to claim this.
Reading these reviews of all the people they have let down is just appalling. They really should not be running a business.

I was told that the flowers would be delivered today between 2 and 5. The flowers have yet to be received, sent several emails to get an response and reason as to why they aint delivered and cant get a reply. If they are not delivered then surely Id be entitled to a refund, which is what im going to go for if I dont get a response from these asap!!!

Ordered flowers on 8th December for next day deliver for the 9th December as a surprise to my wife whom I was away from being in the armed forces. No flowers turned up had a email from someone to say they were sorry but the florist had been in contact with covid 19 even though I rang the florist at midday and they confirmed they would be delivered that day.
They said they would be delivered next day as an upgraded thing and would be morning the flowers weren’t upgraded and when I got home they were left on the door step in a box I’m back before the flowers were Delivered not impressed will never use the service again wasn’t cheap either, will be looking for a full refund as wasn’t as described.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I had red these reviews before placing an order. In my defence I am ill which is why I needed to order online in the first place. Ordered £53 of funeral flowers to be delivered to funeral home so they could be added to funeral car and left at graveside. The funeral was yesterday, the flowers were never delivered! I would like refund.

ZERO stars, Appalling Service! Same Day flowers which I ordered before 3pm as advertised and paid £7.99 for delivery which is unusually high but I assumed this will be for the same day service so went ahead and paid. Flowers did not arrive for my mothers birthday, I checked with her on the following day and she said nothing had arrived. Emailed BusyBees and no response, ended up calling them 2 days later and they had apparently been delivered by the courier the following day but we’re simply left on the doorstep with nobody ringing the bell. I emailed them again and they don’t bother responding, neither did they even offer an apology. I wish I had read the reviews before using them as this seems normal practise for them.

Flowers arrived a day late for my 10th Wedding anniversary after ordering them 3 days hence. £30 for really poor quality flowers broken and dry, a bouquet so small could have got the same for less than £10 at any supermarket. Avoid like the plague!

Same day delivery did not happen - they waited until 5PM to inform me so we could not sort anything else for that special occasion - told they were delivered the next day but nothing - chased all weekend (cannot get through on the phone number), they then send me a pic of a corner of a white door as proof of delivery - this is not the door or enough of a door to identify if it was - after sending them a notice for full refund I get radio silence!!! there is a company on FB with the same name that has reported this Busybee florist to trading standards - should have read reviews first.

Edit - further to the response below! The street view is not of next door but another area about a mile away as you provided the incorrect address to the delivery agent ( confirmed by them). You accused my parents of not checking their front door, accused a neighbour if ‘stealing’ the parcel ( over several emails) even tried to convince me that it was deliver to a back door which was impossible. This was ordered on this was ordered on the Friday, and it took til Tuesday and 25 emails as you don’t answer the phone to get you to agree the refund!

Arrived a day late no apology dont answer phones or emails never use again rubbish company. Cant get a refund are anything.

Wish I had checked reviews first! Purchased flowers for same day delivery on a Monday; after trying for days to find out what was going on, they said that the flowers would be out for delivery (two days later on the Wednesday) - they blamed Brexit and Covid for the delay!!

I said it was too late, had purchased flowers elsewhere in meantime, and told them to cancel, which they said was not possible. They then claimed that the flowers had been delivered and left outside the recipients house, but provided no proof of delivery and were not signed by anyone. There was no flowers at the address when recipient arrived home - so either they were delivered to wrong address, taken by somebody, or were never delivered.

Have spent another two days trying to get a refund but have refuted the fact that the flowers were not received, and insisted on a crime reference number from the police for their insurance purposes - instead of apologising and providing a refund for such terrible service.

Appalling service. Purchased 2 flower bouquets both arrived days late, one looked nothing, and i do mean nothing like what i ordered and the additions i added where also wrong. When i reached out the attitude was very dismissive and i was told to pay to return the products if i wasn't happy but they better be in perfect condition! VERY rude and abrupt company. Should of done my research before purchasing but you live and you learn.

The WORST “company” I’ve ever had the misfortune of giving business to. Wrong flowers delivered on the wrong day, with no apology. Customer service is non existent, you’re unable to discuss issues over the phone and it takes days to get a response via email, and when I did I was told I was at fault for the issue not being resolved. The two members of staff I had communication with were both as unprofessional as eachother. Ordered flowers for my elderly grandmother and the company took no responsibility for the multitude of errors that occurred. Save your money and your sanity and do not place an order.

Update:
Busy Bees have since attempted to get my review removed. It is a shame that they dont care as much about fulfilling orders and maintaining a standard of customer service as they do honest reviews hindering their business.
