We are extremely grateful to Kevin Hammon of New Broad Street for his skill, tenacity and experience in managing/facilitating our recent purchase of a cafe business. The purchase was complicated, and without Kevin's guidance and timely interventions we would still be weeks from completion. He knows the legal process very well indeed and his advice about how to deal with solicitors was invaluable. Kevin went far beyond his brief in terms of the detailed, intelligent, friendly counsel he provided, and we very much appreciated all he did.

My business was sold last May by John Gavin. At a time when most businesses were closing, John gave me confidence that my business would sell. It was initially up for sale with the company he worked for prior to Business Monkey and it was rather stressful trusting that a company with a name like Monkey was real. However he assured me that it was all good and the sale progressed. I encountered problems with the purchaser’s solicitor and John was there to push the sale along. I would recommend Business Monkey.

First just want to say John is a lovely man and this review is not personal to him. I was charged £4750 for basically listing my business online which in hindsight I wish I had just done myself. I was one did all viewing arranged follow up meetings I was even one who sorted the sale between new buyers and the landlord so for the money I was changed for basically managing the whole thing apart from the initial specking to any buyers it’s a hefty price tag so do your research and maybe see if it’s easier to manage your own sale.

After a year of not being able to sell our business, Charlotte and Peter found a buyer for us in a couple of months. They are very efficient , friendly professionals. Highly recommended.
