Burton have been handling the sale of my mothers bungalow. Despite several difficulties thrown at us by the buyers, the service given has always been measured and very thoughtful. Suleman and Taylor have both been excellent.

Absolutely first class level of expertise and excellent customer care from Felicity Lacey, partner, who provided impeccable and exceptional service and successfully handled the simultaneous sale of my old house in Lincolnshire AND the purchase of my new home in Suffolk.
Always calm; never ruffled and so hard working Felicity was charming, patient and assisted by the hard working Alex Barnett and members of the office crew.

I wish I had never heard of Burton & Co! More than five years since they took on the task of administering my late husband's estate and I am still awaiting a resolution.
Initially, I was very favourably impressed with their courtesy, helpfulness and kindness but, gradually, this all fell by the wayside and they stopped responding to phone messages and emails.
In the light of the many favourable reviews here, perhaps I have just been unlucky but I can only speak from my one experience. In the context of Wills & Probate, my advice would be to Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this company.
I shall certainly be placing future legal business elsewhere.
