This program is very easy to follow and is great for someone that does not have alot of extra time in their day. I am 63 and find the exercises very challenging, but if they were not that way I would not benefit. If you find an exercise that you cannot do most have an alternative exercise. I find this option very helpful at my age as some are just not doable.

The 360-metabolic reset is a great program which I can highly recommend.

I just wanted the videos, but I was automatically signed up for their recurring community membership and was not aware of it. The same day I was charged for it I reached out and they refused to refund.

I purchased this product maybe over a year ago, and in the past week received an email to say they were changing their site. I had signed up via my Google account, but when trying to transfer to the new site, this was not an option. In fact, they only had the one option. I enquired about this, but the feedback was twisted. They never answered my question, twice. So, not impressed with the service or having to change sites.

The concept is great, but her exercises are not class based, she goes through one routine, then the screen goes blank and she says do 3-5 rounds. If you opt in for daily workouts, she just writes down what to do, no class, nothing. You can get more of a workout from YouTube.

Hi, I have just purchased the Burn360 programme and I wanted to say that there is enough in the programme to justify the one off purchase price. Although there is 90 day money back guarantee offer, in my opinion, it would be unfair to do the programme then request a refund. Susan (of burn360) has gone to great lengths to provide helpful workouts, schedules, cooldown, recipes and has produced a very methodical approach and programme. Even if I have few questions on the Cardio workout, I found the customer service team so helpful and anyone purchasing this programme will find it is great value for money for the amount of information and exercise programmes included.

I tried out the Burn360 program but I decided it wasn't suitable for me. I requested a refund under the 90 day money back policy, received a swift response and full refund, with no questions. I wanted to leave a positive review as while the program wasn't for me, their customer service was great and they did indeed stick to their promise of a no questions asked refund if you aren't happy for any reason. I hope this review reassures anyone thinking of purchasing :)
