Timely, organized and helpful! Made the whole process easy

Everyone is helpful. I was assuming more of this would be done for me when signing up originally. I was told that there would be an assistant with the package that purchased and up and to this point I have not seen that service come into play. That paired with the availability of ongoing training schedule is a nightmare for the east coast. I would have liked for these to be in a video format that can be viewed at my own convenience and not 8pm every night. Outside those two things; everyone has been as helpful as they can be with getting this started.

Materials and training provided are excellent, and exceeded my expectations. It is definitely a lot more time consuming than what was advertised in the sales presentation. Nothing against the business support, which has been amazing, but there is a lot of effort and time is needed to get everything up to speed, which was not highlighted in the sales pitch. Overall I do think it is a good learning program which provides you with all the tools and knowledge to grow any business.

All the staff was very helpful in assisting me set up my cleaning business. They were very responsive when it came to solving technical issues and coaching.

The Instructor was very detailed in his directions about how to use each Piece of software. Very Informative and offered help after the presentation when I need it. Feels good to have someone work with me so that I understand everything clearly.

Auon was very informative with the integration of the different platforms and nuances within them. We were able to understand the basics of what we needed as well as a lot of the specifics.

Auon has been very helpful during the tech call. Very quick to provide answers to any questions we have had as well as explaining everything in detail. All in all everyone has been extremely helpful and has made this process not seem so bad.

It was very helpful. They walk you through everything and help answer any questions. The call it recorded so you can go back and look it over because it can feel overwhelming when going thru everything initially. This was very helpful and makes me more confidence about the business.

The onboarding checklist and training courses showed me how to setup and run each part of the business. Then they provided group coaching, tech onboarding calls, and other resources to ensure that I could move forward in launching and scaling my business.
