BR was very thorough with their onboarding process. There's a lot to starting a business and it seems they have every aspect covered. The team is quick to respond and truly with you every step of the way.

The program is very helpful with teaching you how to successfully build an online cleaning business with or without experience. You receive coaching calls with other entrepreneurs as well as coaches to navigate everything you need to keep your business running smoothly.

Build Remote has been a big help getting my cleaning company off the ground in Idaho. I'm running most of it myself, and having the CRM, booking, automations and website set up in one place saved me a ton of time. When something hasn't worked right, their support team has stuck with it until it was fixed. Real people, real answers. I have updated my score based on the owner reaching out read the end of this review. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you want to feel pressured into making a decision this is the company for you. Kept repeating the same question over and over and when you say can we just get on with this so I can get the info your accussed of being so rude. 1 know I just want to hear your info 1st rather then you asking well if all yur questions are answered what would stop you from making a decision tonight. How about give me the info 1st rather then use pressure tactics like that if anything thats rude. 2. you ( Ie the person from the company) show up to the meeting 25 minuets late I think your the one being rude not me. All I said is enough with these repeated questions in the begining lets hear the info first. So my recomendation never ever work with this company. I will say that after posting this review tonight I recived a call from the owner of the company wanting to make things right. He apologized for howI was treated it was explained that the group I delt with was a independent branch I belive its called and he stressed this is not what they expect from people who reprsent there company and he would be dealing with them about it. I appreciate that he took the time to call.
