Recent order of 50 foot copper line was received damaged on about 1/3 of the roll making it unusable.
My prior review of the split system sent still stands at five star but this order was on the sucky side.

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your cancelled order. I appreciate you taking my phone call a few minutes ago. As explained we were unable to ship this product due to the dimensions being 10 ft long , with these dimensions it is not possible to ship via a parcel carrier such as UPS or FedEx . If we could have shipped it we would have even if it meant us breaking even for customer service but we are unable to ship it. We appreciate your 2019 business with the 16 Seer Rheem split system and recommend you reach out to a local metal shop or an HVAC company to provide or fabricate this 10ft metal line cover for you. Again we apologize for the inconvenience but you have been refunded in full as of 3/10/20. If we can be of any further assistance please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you sourcing this item locally.

Easy ordering at a savings from most…
Easy ordering at a savings from most local contractors. I always support local, but when you're talking a large amount of money, I'll do whatever it takes save on big purchases that only happen every 15-20 years.
The new 3-ton Bosch HVAC system was delivered right to my garage door yesterday in about a week from ordering it. I have it all set and most of the installation completed. Waiting on a semi-local contractor to come by tomorrow to fabricate a new Plenum for the supply duct and complete the installation.
I will definitely be ordering another 4-ton Bosch system from Budget Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. when I have to replace my other unit on the opposite side of my house.

For the thermostat, look inside the electrical panel often we place the thermostat inside that panel when installing the heat strip to protect against damage or loss by the freight company.
