Firstable thats a lie, b3c3i did give them the information over the phone & have proof of the recorded information as all my call are being recorded, and that happened wotg 3 orders, so please don't make yourselves sound good on a real review because you are juat purely lying period. Peoples, potential Costumers i hope you will read this & take it into consideration when making purchases through this lying type company, especially if it's a construction job & job meeds to be performed in well mannered time frame this is not the place.

The unit itself and staff were all great. However I drove over an hour to pickup the unit myself and was still charged for shipping. I think that it’s miss-stated as shipping but is likely some other fee. Either way it was significant and unexpected.
