Very pricy but brilliant mattress, comfortable and supportive so far. It was delivered when stated.

New mattress (very heavy) delivered by 2 guys who also took the existing one away.

Very responsive customer service throughout. I changed the size of our mattress after ordering, needed to take delivery on a specific date and they were very helpful. The mattress is extremely comfortable. We comment on it each time we get into bed!

I bought the mattress from the company Brooke and Wilde in Dec 2022. IN Aug 2023 the company went into administration and the new company was called Brooke and Wilde Sleep ! EVERYONE will get deceived by this. Same website, same products.
The oold company promised to replace my mattress. And then it went into administration. The new company COULDNT case less.

Found this company online and ordered the elite mattress. Made to order and delivered within 4 weeks. Delivery was very smooth time slot given. Friendly guys brought mattress into the bedroom and unpacked it. Seems very comfy to sleep on and a massive upgrade from our previous one. Has a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything too. Great service!

Excellent service and so far a very comfortable nights sleep.

We cannot fault this company, from the time of ordering to the delivery, they kept us updated. The delivery was well within the time slot on the day and the lads were very friendly and cheerful and carried the mattress upstairs and onto the base of the bed no problem, would definitely recommend Brook +Wilde Sleep.

Delivery was very good. Was actually delivered earlier than allocated but the company called beforehand and confirmed the new time slot on the day which was good. The guys delivering it were very helpful in getting the mattress where it needed to go. Top work.

Firstly, great mattress so comfy. Secondly excellent delivery service. Two man team were polite and respectful throughout the delivery leaving the mattress open on the bed with instructions of how long to leave it in order to plump up.

Fantastic mattress! I was worried that the mattress might be too soft but it’s perfect so far. My back pain has really subsided and I’m falling asleep much quicker. The delivery service was also excellent. The drivers were really friendly and efficient. Very happy customer. 😄

Be very dubious about the 5 Star reviews on this site. Knowing their previous history, they probably put them up there themselves just to sucker in more people.

They replied to my original post saying they are a different company now from the original brookandwilde cowboys.
But the product is the same, and already people are complaining on trustpilot about the product and service under the new company name, so can't see how anything has changed.
Maybe if they paid me back the £1200 for the useless Mattress I purchased I might be a bit more lenient.

As mentioned before, look at the the old company's name in Trustpilot "brookandwilde.com". Which went insolvent and immediately restarted under "brookandwildesleep.com". These are true conmen. Please please please don't get caught like hundreds of others did. Please please please read the reviews under the old company name.

I bought a mattress from them last year. It was never delivered and the promised refund never arrived. Had to claim the money back from my credit card company. Shocked to see they have slightly renamed themselves and carried on trading. Beware - they are scammers. They took my order knowing they were going into liquidation and had no intention of giving me a mattress or a refund. They just cut their phone off and stopped answering emails - ended up ordering a mattress at half the price from Simba which has been great.

Delivery was on time and paying the extra for premium was well worth it. Two mattresses were put on beds and the old ones disposed of. That's up a total of 25 steps.
It is too early to say how they will fare over time but they are very comfortable. I would suggest leaving them uncovered for as long as possible as they need to get rid of the gases that come with the manufacture.
