Comfortable but not really other worldly for me. So good, fair value but not game changing.

Very helpful customer service when I had a need to contact them, fantastic and respectful delivery drivers and the mattress is divine, very comfy and sleeping better than I have before...

Pillow too thin.

Delivery as promised. Very comfortable mattress. Only slight let-down was it is a little soft on the edges/too soft when sitting on edge of bed.

I am very happy with my four season duvet. The high quality materials give it a luxurious feel its incredibly comfortable and cosy. What I love most is its adaptability the design lets you switch between combined layers so its perfect for use all year round and very versatile. I an very happy to recommend this product.

I bought a bought a Brook and Wilde Lux mattress six years ago and it has been excellent.

The reason why I’m writing this review is I want to replace the mattress and possibly upgrade it but I’m unable to make contact with Brook and Wilde Sleep as they are now known ! they won’t answer the telephone, reply to messages or emails and believe me I have tried on numerous occasions.

Quite frankly they have now put me in a position where I would be afraid to place an order with them, great shame because my original experience with the company was first class !

Purchased a top of the range mattress in Jan 2025. From Brook and Wilde Sleep. It started to deteriorate (dips in sleeping area) and I provided images as requested. I have not been able to make contact with them despite ringing many times and many emails.

BEWARE SCAMMERS. I bought an expensive mattress 3 years ago. It is totally unusable already and I sleep alone and I’m tiny. Try to arrange a replacement as it’s still under warranty to discover they have dissolved the company rendering all warranties void. They then set up a new company adding the word sleep to their company name. Same staff, same products

Made a purchase in 2021 to help with my chronic back pain. I have now got bored of the number of times I have woken up with so much discomfort and pain, not caused by but exacerbated by a mattress that has deteriorated far more rapidly than you would expect in less than 4 years.

When I contacted the new owners, they couldn't care less. "New management since 2023, the guarantees don't apply". So a big F-you to any previous customers.

Ironically that doesn't stop them (mis)using awards and embellishments that the original company and owners got awarded like "Mattress of the Year 2022" and "Indy Best Buy 2021" that this company quite evidently didn't even earn. They seem quite comfortably fraudulently representing that they did though.

I would not trust these cowboys and conmen ever again.

Purchased in Feb 2020, expecting it to last a good amount of time. Initially great, then after a couple of years faults start appearing. Same experience as all the other customers who have given poor ratings. Expensive 'con' mattresses. Dips in various places in the mattress. Company contacted, no reply of course... do not buy!! The warranty/guarantee means nothing!

Initial issues that were not through the fault of Brooke and Wilde were quickly resolved.

Think long & hard before buying from this company
Bought a double mattress 3 years ago from 'Brook + Wilde' as a treat for our son. It was barely slept on as he was at uni.
Now sagging quite badly in the middle which for the premium we paid is very poor.
Contacted 'Brook + Wilde Sleep' - their new identity after they went into administration but seem to be selling exactly the same goods - and they will not honour the 10 year warranty it came with.
This was a 'luxury' mattress and really quite expensive but we wanted to treat our son. Was great to begin with but after a year we could tell it was a poor product.
Honestly would have been better to buy a standard one from Ikea and keep replacing it.
Shocking quality, shocking service. Ask yourself, have they changed that much now they are trading under a very similar name? Could they just do the same again; go into administration and change the name again and leave you with a shoddy product?

Avoid this company ! I bought a mattress from Brook and Wilde in Nov 2021... as it was in my spare room it has had only very light use however this has not stopped it from collapsing all along one side (as others have experienced). This should have been covered by a 10 year guarantee. Brook and Wilde Sleep are claiming they are a completely different company to Brook and Wilde- despite everything about them being exactly the same - same branding/ logo/ products / product names. It can't be legal to do this and I will be exploring ways to hold them to account for what amounts to theft.

Our delivery was exactly on time considering where they had set off from.
And the guy’s that delivered our new mattress were so polite and helpful.

Like others have mentioned, I purchased an Elite super king mattress from Brook + Wilde in January 2023. Unfortunately, this means I now have no access to customer support under the 'new' company, "Brook + Wilde Sleep," even though they appear to be selling the same products.

Initially, the mattress seemed fine—it was comfortable for about the first year. However, it started sagging significantly, with a dip of up to 4.5cm (16%) being deemed 'normal' by the company. This suggests they’re well aware of this recurring issue. By the 18-month mark, the mattress had become unbearably uncomfortable and completely unsupportive.

I’ve since replaced it with a new mattress from a different brand, and the difference has been a huge relief. While I can’t speak to what the future holds for the revamped company, I can confidently say their products are not fit for purpose. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to spend your money.

With my experience I found that website had a sale a couple of days after I ordered my mattress. A quick chat with the customer service, and they were happy to amend my order and apply the sale. The product itself is great and so far, I've had no issues. Overall, extremely happy with the whole experience!

Good communication from purchase to delivery. Efficient and friendly delivery guys, who very speedily unpacked the mattress onto our bedframe and advised opening subdued and airing the mattress for a few hours. I would recommend a few DAYS, as the smell of the fabric and chemicals is quite strong for a while. But no complaints, it's so far been a very comfortable mattress.

I have not yet - after 2 weeks - been able to use the mattress due to the most unbearable chemical odour that makes me nauseous.
