Do not use CROOKE and Wilde sleep it the same firm that’s just gone out of business it’s the same website same poor product and I would think after they have your money they will add another word on the end of the title write there own 5 star reviews and start again !

Delivery prompt and date/time communicated well. Delivery team cheerful, helpful and very professional. Mattress great quality and very comfortable!

Their mattresses are well made, they last year's. Well worth the extra money

I bought a mattress which initially we were pleased with but after about 18 months, it started to sink in the middle. We asked for a replacement which we were eventually after a long wait, given - but the wrong replacement was delivered. I called several times and each time was assured that the correct mattress was on its way, but it never arrived, despite my emailing and chasing the company. Then I found out that this company had rebranded to Brooke and Wilde Sleep, and it they were not honouring previous orders, which I think is disgusting - so basically, just by changing one word in their branding, they get a clean slate and a chance to carry on trading with the same shoddy product. So, it has been an expensive lesson, but I will never buy from this company again and would advise any readers of this review to save their money and buy from a company that has some integrity.

Communication was excellent. Lovely guys picked up old mattress. New bed wonderful!

Go to Brook and Wilde for a complete background story of this company before you buy and then decide whether you want to. Brooke and Wilde Sleep are just the new company after the original went into liquidation leaving many customers without money and mattresses. Be aware of this company and their behaviour. I’ve given them five stars for sheer audacity. I am annoyed as there are no longer any guarantees that were initially promised with the mattresses. If every company is allowed to operate in this fashion then how is a customer to to have faith in a purchase? Also, the response of the new company is a failure from the outset. Never explain and lack of trust.

Brought the ultimate mattress, arrived in less than 4 weeks,very pleased with it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS. THEY ARE SUB STANDARD AND THE COMPANY HAS DODGED SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS BY SIMPLY CHANGING ITS REGISTERED NAME.

I purchased a mattress 1 year ago and the Mattress is basically unusable. I called for support but was told the company has changed hands and my warranty is now invalid.

Here is what I have taken from the situation.

- Staff were not able to confirm if any of the original
leadership team are now part of the new business

- The brand remains the same, the products remain the
same and the website remains the same

- The company has around 20% of customers rating 1
STAR, complaining about the quality of the product
yet continue to sell the exact same products

- This feels like a scam to get out of supporting this
volume of customers with faulty products

- If this was an honest business they would not
continue to sell the same products knowing the
existing issues with quality
(THIS BEHAVIOUR IS WHY I DO NOT TRUST THEM)

I would appreciate a response to these direct points but assume I will receive the same copy and paste response that the other 20% have received.

The response below was as expected, defensive and did not address any of my key points. Recent reviews being positive is not a surprise seen as it takes time for these products to become unusable yet you know this and CONTINUE TO SELL THE EXACT SAME PRODUCTS REGARDLESS. I'm sure these customers will also be back in touch soon.

To start ordering was easy delivery very prompt recycling the old mattress a little exspensive I had 2 guys deliver excellent service now the mattress very good product was told it was a very firm I found it was perfect for me as I suffer with my back highly recommend would buy again keep up the great work

Everything that was promised was delivered with great care and all dates were fulfilled as promised. I required some extra clarification on delivery this was provided by Leah in the office who could not have been more helpful.I can thoroughly recommend this Company they are the best, including their excellent delivery Company they use I am not sure I have chosen the right firmness mattress yet but will stick with it for the time being as I have 200 days to change it at no cost to myself.

The website was great and user friendly. I managed to get a great deal on my Ultima mattress. Up to date emails and texts throughout the order. And again fab delivery service. I had a call before delivery and the delivery guys were amazing very friendly.
The mattress it self is wonderful. Super firm comfortable and the best sleep I have had in years. Thank you.

This is the second mattress we’ve bought from Brook and Wilde- they’re amazing! The first was in 2020- the Lux. We both suffer from bad backs and are light sleepers. Not any more! It’s like sleeping on a cloud - you just sink, and I’ve found that I can now move more when I sleep and my back’s still supported. We’ve now received the Suprema for our spare bedroom, plus two Suprema pillows. Three different people have slept on this bed now and have all stated how comfortable it is- we’re thrilled!

I found the process to buy very straightforward. Support was available from staff- not a bot- when required. Mattress is great!

Fantastic service, first mattress was to hard after phoning customer services they arrange for another one slightly softer and its so comfortable. best mattress ever.

Easy website to navigate. Prompt delivery and kept informed of delivery time. Great product - I bought the Everdene Cooling Pillow as I already have one and don’t want to be without it when it is washed. It is expensive but worth it.

What a lovely company to deal with. My daughter had already purchased a mattress from Brook & Wilde and she loved it. My bed is outside of the normal sizes, but this wasn't an issue for the staff, who arranged for a bespoke mattress to be made for me and I still got the 60% off too. It is such a comfy mattress and so well made

We ordered the medium, but found it too soft, we will have to replace it with the firm. We are side sleepers 12st & 9st but found that the medium just didn’t support us enough. Every other aspect of the company has been brilliant.
