I have never had a problem with this company until recently. They sent the wrong size item and then I found the agent quite offensive and unpleasant when we were on the chat line. I quoted to her my actual words on the order form, “ I require 2 standard size guards.” They sent a maxi size guard. They do not give measurements on their web site. I have never, ever , had an agent losing her cool as a result of their mistake.I suppose people have good days and bad days, especially when they have been found out for inaccuracy. Up until now they have refused to collect the wrong item sent. Examples of comments made to me include, “You did not want to listen” and “ I give up.” Is this really the way a company agent talks to a customer who is purchasing? A Personnel manager friend told me this is totally out of order and she would have been sacked in my company.
