Bad delivery by DPD
The ordering was easy and I was pleased with the anticipated delivery date. But when DPD came to deliver the parcel they could not find it in the van and said they would deliver it the following day. DPD later said they were sorry the driver missed us, but in fact we had obviously met him. The when the parcel was delivered, the cardboard box was completely broken. So Barking Heads were let down badly by DPD.
