Really feasible on price as well.
The quality is lovely.

It's been months and I've not even heard from them, let alone had my delivery. Only response to email is an automatic ticket. Absolutely shocking

Does anybody please have the terms and conditions of Briq furniture?
I’m having the same problem as everybody else, ordered an egg chair in February then cancelled the order as it was taking too long and I was told I would get a refund but had nothing. I have now asked the bank for help with the claim but they need a copy of terms and now the website is down 😩

My daughters paid for an egg chair TWO years ago and have still not received the chair or a refund after numerous calls. PLEASE BEWARE.

Total SCAM site. Dont fall for under new management and fabricated reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT FALL FOR CHEAP DEALS!!

I did not receive my order and no response from company asking where it is!!!

Ordered my sofa and a chair 18 weeks ago. Not responding to my emails and the phone number is constantly engaged. Now I have to claim money back from my credit card

Absolutely dreadful!
They have taken my money for a sofa I ordered and I have been trying to contact them (10emails sent) with regards to my order as it states 16weeks for delivery and I explained I can not wait this long so would like a refund and nothing! Now having to claim it back from credit card company! Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!

PLEASE AVOID!!! We placed an order in February. No sign of chair, we chased it for weeks. Can't get through to any customer service not even a working phone number. We cancelled the order, demanded a refund several times. Still no response. Eventually went through bank to get credit card chargeback.

No customer service whatsoever. Been trying to contact the organisation for a month now but no reply. Stop stealing peoples money if you can’t deliver!!!!!!!

This company doesn’t deserve even one star ! I ordered and paid for an egg chair in early November for daughter’s birthday on December 1st . Chair arrived Christmas Eve,minus all screws, so absolutely useless. Have sent numerous e mails and had reassurances each time that they were ‘ on their way’, ‘top priority ‘,until the last e mail I sent over 3 weeks ago ,now they don’t even reply., yet they have the cheek to keep sending e mails offering me 10% off if I order something! Don’t risk it ,you’ll never see your money again , ruined the birthday!

I bought a Mykonos sofa. Poorly made and the wood edges covered in material only no foam caused an injury to my child and I have pictures evidence. Managed to get a chargeback with my bank and the sofa collected after months and months! But they still have an outstanding £168 they owe me for the second payment when I ordered to change it to cream velvet and don’t reply to emails, their phone number doesn’t work. I advise everyone call citizens advice and report their company as I did and also they advise sending them a letter and taking them through small claims court. The more reports to trading standards the more something will get done about this scam company. Also contact your bank or credit card company pay pal and if you haven’t received goods or goods fit for purpose get your money back. Awful company

I made an older of 6 dining chairs on 10/04/2023 and still waiting. No idea what is going on. It cost me about 600pounds, cheaper than other shop, but you don’t know when will you have them.

I think this company is a ghost company, they never reply so I would never trust buying from them.
Asked for samples twice 2 month ago, never received, called, emailed and message them…NO REPLY…also the rest of the review are speaking themselves!
Avoid wasting your time!

Do not use this company. Ordered 17 March - have not received the goods and after emailing company numerous times still awaiting on a solution. All communication stopped

very bad experience so far, bought the egg chair on 05/03/2023, the description of delivery shows 7-10days, wait until 18th, nothing came, emailed customer service, and got the reply said will arrange delivery sasp, wait again until 12th April, and emailed twice for delivery, still got replied saying will do their best for delivery, but still nothing came, then I decided stop end less waiting and get refund, emailed customer service, then got NO Response since!! This is really a terrible experience and I’m going to seeking for legal advice from online shopping fraud now.

Ordered on 2 occasions samples for sofas first order being more than 2 months ago and both orders did not arrive and no communication from customer services. Poor poor service and I'm glad I didn't actually order from this company I'd probably never get my order. Avoid !!!

NOT HAD ANY CORRESPONDANCE FROM THEM SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER NEARLY 5 WEEKS AGO, IGNORED MY EMAILS AND THE NUMBER FOR THEM DOESNT WORK. AFTER READING ALL OTHER REVIEWS I HAVE NO HOPE OF EVER RECEIVED THE ITEM, WILL BE ISSUING A CHARGEBACK.
