This website looks tempting as they have nice goods that look cheap. DO NOT BE TEMPTED. Ordered a sofa. Waited ages. Sofa came and wrong attachments underneath so wouldn't clip together. Hole on sofa also that looked like a cigarette burn. I'm supposed to be getting some kind of refund for the damage and someone is supposed to be coming out to put new clips on. I keep e-mailing but no response. I've tried calling but no answer. Pay a bit more and go somewhere proper.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They are scammers. I bought a dinning table almost two months ago I haven’t received it or any tracking information. Tried to contact them several times asking for refund , the don’t respond to emails and I still haven’t received a refund. Buy at your own RISK

SCAM!!!! i ordered a sofa 14/2 it was meant to be 2 weeks delivery. Its 2/4 ive had 0 contact from Briq apart form taking my money and saying the order was accepted ive not been able to contact anyone or had any reply. Working on getting this shop shut down.

Ordered double egg chair 7 Jan. Had to chase with emails for weeks. Standard reply every time. Finally got delivery 14 March. Badly damaged, marked poles, extremely rusty, chair doesn’t hang properly. Ordered cover for it at same time, still waiting for that and they won’t reply to my emails about it or refund. I was offered 15% discount for damaged chair which I accepted to bring it to an end as I was so fed up dealing with them. Still waiting for that. Phone is constantly engaged and they won’t phone you as I requested a call and was refused. Will never use them again.

Ordered a table in January for delivery that week and still waiting for it now,
All emails sent have been ignored and no updates, will be reporting to trading standards, no customer service, would not recommend at all, awful experience

The positive reviews are surely fake ones, like most people here I have not received my item - months later. and they will not issue a refund when asked.

Total scammers. Will stop emailing them and seek to settle this legally .

Absolute despicable service. I purchased something November 2022 and when it didn’t arrive a month later I chased it. Item was out of stock and I wasn’t contacted. I asked for a refund and they said this would happen. Having chased about 6 times, and four months later I still do not have my refund.
Customer service is shocking and I will never purchase from them again.

I have had the most horrible experhence with this company. Two times I have placed an order and two times you have wasted my time and cancelled my order after. The first time I applied for credit and it said order was received with order confirmation email etc but two weeks later I contacted you for updates you said the order was cancelled even though I was not notified. The second time I paid straight from my bank account and the money left my account. £1600 and the second week I got another email saying my order was cancelled.The first order I placed was on Black Friday and I had the 40% off which you agreed to honour but when I was ready to pay you said a long time has passed since you made the promise and refused to honour it. I then placed another order using the 20% off code you had at the time and again my order was cancelled! I messaged on Instagram and you left my message at read for days until after I complained about being ignored. Then all you could say was that you have changed management and that I should email a new contact email address! My problem was not acknowledged or resolved!

So, having read some very poor reviews we were apprehensive about ordering the double egg chair. We need not have worried, the chair arrived direct from the factory a few days after ordering, was well packaged, and is good quality. Yes, the cushion could do with a little more padding but no complaints, well built easy to construct and amazing value for money. Really can't complain at all.

THIS SCAM IS HAPPENING IN 2023 IN UK AND THE COMPANY IS STILL ACTIVE WITH COMPANY HOUSE AND WHAT IS SO FRUSTRATING NOBODY'S DOING NOTHING,NOT US NOT THE AUTHORITIES, NOBODY.AND IN THE MEANTIME A DISGRACEFUL DIRECTOR MS LAURA SOPHIE HODGKINSON IS POCKETING A NICE AMOUNT OF MONEY EVERYDAY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE LIKE US.

Sadly, like it seems most reviewers (except the very dodgily written positive reviews!) my order has had the same outcome - £320 for double egg chair and cover - a couple of holding emails in reply to my queries re my order and nothing. Now about to ask for a refund but going by others on here unlikely it’ll happen.

Bit frustrating that a company can openly scam with no repercussions?

Ordered double egg chair and cover at the beginning of March and I’ve heard nothing.
I’ve tried to call and it’s constantly engaged. I’ve emailed multiples times and had just holding emails back.
Do not order from this company. I’m reporting them.

I made an order, and after 3 months, they said they were going to refund the money; THEY NEVER DID. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I can see I am not the only one, BEWARE AND AVOID; IT IS A SCAM!

Do not use this company. The website looks good, but that is all that appears to work. Happy to take your money, but then the goods do not appear (Egg Chair and Cover), and the holding emails you may receive (if you're lucky) mean nothing as they do not follow up. I can only conclude that they are scamming customers for money with no physical goods to dispatch.

Got my money back from my credit card company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very likely this may be a scam. Like many other reviewers here, we also ordered an egg chair a month ago and still no update on the order being delivered. I have chased them multiple times and keep getting fobbed off saying an update is due shortly. Having read multiple other reviews it does now appear as though this is a scam! At best they are incompetent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Like so many customers paid for goods at attractive prices and after numerous attempts to chase by email account is then deleted and still awaiting any updates on when delivery is expected.

You may be thinking, the couch on the website is amazing and it’s a perfect fit for your home. You may be quite attached to it, hoping that all the luck in your life will continually be fruitful and you truly will complete your house. I understand you, because I was in your position also.

I saw the bad reviews and said F it. Made loads of excuses such as “it’s only the egg chair that has problems” or “I can manage with a delay, that’s fine”. I’m here now, months later, no couch, no money, no refund, and no honest replies from BRIQ.

Listen to me. This website is a scam. You will not receive your couch. Your money will be lost. You will be stressed. Do not take your chances.

Luckily I ordered using my credit card and my bank refunded me. So great I have my money back, but the time, stress, and worry? That is forever ingrained into my genome.
