I really love my pillows. The questionnaires really helped me figure out what I needed and I loved the testing aspect of it as well. Returning is difficult though as they come in small vacuum packed boxes so that made me a little wary. I have had to get pillow cases from them as well as more standard pillows don’t seem to fit - but has been worth it for me. I would definitely think it all through though next tine

They make it sound like they offer a good customer service, trials, no faff returns etc. But it is all marketing and no substance.
Do not fall for this company, easy to buy but terrible after care.
There are plenty of nicer companies to deal with, they offer nothing more than a substandard pillow at a very over the top price tag.

Really has made a difference, not waking up knackered and my neck no longer feels broken! Went from trying one, to now owning four pillows. If you’re hear and reading this, you’re already convinced. Give one a try, they’ll take over your sleep regime

I purchased the Aurora deluxe mattress topper, Luna pillow and then a Stella pillow 😊 very pleased with all of them, I’m definitely more pain free ( back and hip) and having better sleep overall. Highly recommend!

I'm astounded! I've had constant back pain for years due to an old injury and always swore by a firm mattress however the pain remained and got worse. I found Brightr and ordered an orthopedic mattress topper, was about sceptical however this has been nothing short of miraculous. First night my back was a little less sore, second night nothing, the third day zero back pain and now no pain whatsoever in bed or standing. It's all gone and I can only put it down to the Brightr topper. Great service and finally a company that does what it says. Incredible to be able to sleep a full night I'm so grateful. Get one if you have a firm mattress and a sore back!!!

I bought a furnished apartment with a beautiful bed but the mattress was so soft I had backache the first night. I quickly searched for solutions and took a risk on getting the very firm mattress topper for a kingsized bed. It arrived the following day. The topper is fantastic quality and very firm so my sleep has become luxurious. The additional 2 pillows are also a great solution allowing 3 different options of firmness. I was so impressed I ordered another for a single bed. I am delighted.

Returns are a joke - they want you to use the original packaging or you will be deducted payment - once a mattress topper is removed from packaging its expands and makes it impossible to get back in the box!!!

Topper and pillows extremely comfortable and eases stiff joints with great support. Look forward to going to bed.

I order a Titan deluxe mattress topper, initially opting for the medium/firm which was not firm enough. This was exchanged relatively simply via the returns process and I ordered the extra firm instead.
This provided the right level of firmness but due to the weight/nature of the topper it simply won’t stay on the mattress, even with all 4 corner straps firmly secured. It slips down and falls off the end of the bed and due to its size (Superking) and weight is quite difficult to keep refitting.

The memory foam aspect also meant that we got incredibly hot in the night as it retains the heat - it just wasn’t a comfortable night sleep.
I therefore requested a return under their 100 night guarantee, which was a shame as the product was good quality but these 2 issues meant it just wasn’t suitable. I requested this on 19th January and I have heard nothing since. I’m sure it’s annoying for customers to rely on the guarantee but it’s offered so should be upheld. The return still says ‘under review,. I suspect they are hoping we just give up on it. Will initiate a s75 claim via my card provider if I haven’t heard within a week or so.

Highly recommend the Titan Deluxe 2 Topper, it’s changed my life. I’ve been suffering for over 2 years with lower back pain that causes excruciating pain at night when I turn in bed or try to get up in the morning. After many chiropractor appointments and being in pain I researched toppers and come across this one and took the plunge. It’s amazing! From day one I stopped taking my pain medication and using a pillow between my legs at night that helps to align my back and I couldn’t believe the results. No pain throughout the night or when I get out of bed. No pain at all. I’ve been pain free for 5 weeks now. I wish I had purchased it sooner. I recommend it to all my friends and family now.

The experience from purchase to receipt of my pillows was excellent. The pillows themselves are perfect and I have been getting much better sleep since I’ve started using them.

Please provide clear written confirmation of the method that must be used to return the parcel. Specify whether there is a designated courier, a pre-paid returns label, or any authorised collection points — for example, within major UK supermarkets — where the item may be handed in.
If no collection service is arranged, confirm precisely how the return delivery costs will be covered, including whether you intend to provide a pre-paid Royal Mail label or reimburse postage in full, in accordance with your stated policy that returns are free to the customer.

You are in possession of both of my email addresses, and you have in fact sent vague and incomplete responses to each. What you have not provided are clear instructions on how the return process is to be carried out, nor have you explained how the return costs will be covered. Your published return policy states that returns are free for the customer. That should certainly be the case here, particularly as you refused to honour your own cancellation policy when first notified.

If this lack of clarity continues, the matter will be escalated to the relevant regulatory bodies for review of your practices. You have already been formally notified that, should you fail to provide proper written return instructions — including clear confirmation of the correct return address and confirmation that return costs will not fall to me — the unopened item will be returned to your registered address:

I was given one of your pillows 2yrs ago as a birthday gift after major surgery and have been thrilled with its performance ever since. I decided to treat myself to a new one and my journey if bliss continues.

Game changer for me from night one ,so pleased to have purchased this topper .Back pain has not gone away ,but so much improved ,what more could one ask for
