Brightpath is a truly superior mortgage company. We have used them for three home refinances since 2008. Yaz Smith has been our broker all three times and I trust him implicitly to look out for our best interests and give us the very best deal possible. I can’t say enough great things about this company.

Kevin was very responsive, found a mortgage that fit my needs, and was able to get the loan closed in just a few weeks. I would strongly recommend Bright Path, and will use them again when the need for a mortgage arises.

Although I got a good deal on my refinance, my loan officer was quite rude and condescending. During one of our conversations he actually told me to "calm down" when I was simply and politely answering a question he asked me. I do not expect to be treated this way by a company trying to earn my business. I am sorry to say that would not come back to Brightpath and cannot recommend this company due to the lack of customer service I received.
