What a great experience
What a great experience. Jim Dean what above board, straightforward, and extremely patient when we had to delay a few times due to construction and medical issues. They even had the attorney come to me, and we closed at my dining room table! I would highly recommend Brightpath, and especially Jim Dean.

Too difficult to work with. Rude to client's agents. Unprepared with wiring instructions at closing. Would not do mail-off closing for out of state seller.

Yes I was very happy with Brightpath
Yes I was very happy with Brightpath. My officer Janet Farmer was very professional. I know she is very trustworthy and honest. I value her opinions.
I will recommend her to everyone I know that may be looking for a home.
The process went very smooth and she works very hard. She always answered my calls and my emails. I have worked with a lot of loan officers and she is by far one of the best.

Overall smooth process
Overall smooth process. There was a little more back/forth with negotiations around final terms/rates. There were errors made on settlement statement where taxes/insurance escrows were not calculated correctly.

Fantastic, Personalized, Customer Service!
Mr. Rahman is the BEST! J has helped me a few times now to do 2 conventional, and most recently, a cash out refinance.
I have a complex revenue stream with a trust account involved. He was very patient, and guided me through the steps to approval.
I recommend Britepath, and especially Mr. Rahman highly!

My refinance.
My refinance went smoothly and quickly. My representative was knowledgeable and available. He contacted me even for trivial questions. Brightpath did everything they advertise they can do - refreshing ! I've already recommended them to friends and a family member. Oh.... and they saved me $ 180 a month, too !
