Had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca from Bright HR again and I have to say her patience and professionalism is second to none, a very good experience.

Had online metting with Rebecca McNab on setting up clocking in system. She was very patient and understanding. The first time I actually got talking to a live voice in Bright Hr as opposed to an open chat which was fantastic.

I spoke to Holly Christie today as I needed help to set up employees and link them to courses etc.
She was very helpful with this and I would be very happy to deal with her for any questions I have.

Rebecca McNab very pleasant to deal with and got the issue i was having resolved straight away on BrightHR.

The service didn’t work at all for our staff. They won’t let you cancel. I cancelled over the phone after my staff couldn’t clock in or out. They are still refusing to cancel the subscription. No option to cancel online and they keep sending bills although service hasn’t been used. Aggressive customer service and sales tactics. Stay clear

My training today on the system today was co-ordinated by Paula Chaves‑Garcia. She went through all the menus and icons required to commence using BrightHR and BrightSafe. Looking forward to building the portfolio system for Grange Over Sands Golf Club
