Rebecca McNab - Amazing customer service!
I had several interactions with Rebecca McNab to sort out some issues on the Bright HR app.
Rebecca was always been very helpful and resolved the issues immediately. Even when I had sent her an email during her annual leave, she called me back to ask if my issue was resolved or not.
She is a gem to be kept and makes my experience of Bright HR app smooth and pleasant. 5 stars are not enough to rate this wonderful employee.

I Spoke and dealt with Rebecca today regarding the initial registration and login access to my New Employers online employees app having the pleasure to only have to deal with Rebecca and not go over and back with my new Employers administration in doing so was a huge satisfaction and I'm very grateful to Rebecca for her help!! Holly Christie was a great help in helping me navigate BrightHR and clarified that my access level was not sufficient to allow me to execute tasks as per my Job Description. She simplified the process for me and explained very well.

I called Bright HR as I was unsure of some of the functions on the bright HR website relating to permissions. I spoke with Rebecca McNab who was very helpful , explained what I needed to do in a clear and concise manner and provided with with an easy way to ensure future questions were answered. The quick response to my enquiry really impressed me as so many businesses now make you wait for a long time before the phone is answered let along get your question answered.
