Stephen was really helpful and always quick to respond if I had any questions or needed any advice about my mortgage. As a first time buyer they took the time to go through the process and made sure I understood each step.

Brightbox are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. We've now used them twice for two home purchases as it was such a good experience the first time round. We worked with Stephen this time, and Max our first time - both were extremely helpful, very responsive and thorough in their searches for the best mortgage type for us.

I spoke with Stephen on the phone, looking to get a mortgage application done ASAP. 2 days and 2 calls later, I got my mortgage application done, and that was in a complex situation with a short-lived LTD providing the income to both of us.

The mortgage offer came earlier than it was expected too.

The communication was smooth, quick, and very helpful over all the process. Also when needing additional documents from our lender for our solicitor, Jae and Helen were super helpful and quick too.

The price was more expensive than what I expected to pay, but it was well worth it and I'm happy we went with them.
