My new to go clothing store?!
First time purchasing here and I'm really impressed! In a crowded market, the smart-casual range here are surprisingly distinct and priced very competitively. I purchased a Chino and their essential t shirt and feel hopeful this could be my next go to store. My order was dispatched promptly and received without issue.
Although the chinos were lighter than expected, the detailed branding, colour, sizing and fitting feel all premium for the price. The chinos feel super comfortable, fitting just right, although durability is still to be confirmed. The T shirt more than anything was the sweet spot. I absolutely love the cosy stretch cotton that fits neatly against the body, and the rich deep colour options available. I now hopes washes after the quality remains!

Bad customer service and quality of manufacturing
Bad customer service. Ordered two shirts both the same size one is fine one is small. I contacted them from what’s up as they suggested on their website.
They said return and we will send a replacement one size bigger without providing a free return label like it’s my fault one shirt is smaller than the other.
Ok now when urged it’s not my fault I ordered two shirts both same size one fits the not they agree to provide a free return label. I have returned the shirt still haven’t received the replacement despite sending what’s up messages and emails no response at all and I am travelling on Monday.

The replacement parcel could have reached you a bit earlier, but unfortunately, the delivery office took an extra three days to return your parcel to us before we were able to begin processing the replacement.
