No issues.. my boy set the router up and banged in the password on a few devices and it was that easy for him to do..
The thing which marks Brawband out from other providers is helpful patient customer service delivered by humans by email or phone as required. The broadband service is excellent so far.
I am 74 and I was only with Brawband short of a year as I moved house and full fibre was not available at my new address. Cancellation was easy and you benefit from being able to call and speak with a human.
Andrew dealt with it quickly and pleasantly and no issue. There was a problem with an overpayment which Andrew again dealt with quickly and efficiently.
My initial set up was just as easy and their prices for superfast full fibre were very competitive.
I would recommend them to anyone
Been with brawband for a few years not had any issues but recently had few issues at weekend and now realised they only work Monday to Friday they have support staff working but they never return your calls or emails so you are left with no internet all weekend
On time and kept informed when everything was happening. Speeds are great and great coverage throughout the house. Well pleased.

I’m very happy with the service and communication with BrawBand for the pre-installation and installation of my WiFi. So far I’m not widely impressed with the strength and performance of my WiFi. It drops out quite often and I cannot pick it up once I go outside into
my garden. I had hoped the WiFi would work outside
I have been a customer with this supplier for over a year and half. Since they are a Scottish company and quite new, I gave them a chance.
I have basically emails monthly with service disruption and problems with the connection.
Their own router is pretty crap, and the wireless very poor, I had to buy tp link wired extenders to fit them in every room, in a very small 2 bed flat, And run several ethernet cables all over the apartment, to be able to actually work from home, but still patchy daily.
I am just off the phone to brawband asking what the cancellation fee is, since their terms and conditions offer zero transparency on cancelling. And I am told I need to pay the remainder of the contract. I have 6 months left of a 24 month contract. The attitude on the phone was very cheeky and condescending. Never again using this company, terrible ongoing service and absolutely no responsibility or respect towards their current customers. And their terms and conditions, which I have scrutinized, fail to explain any cancellation fee.
I hope this helps others not get trapped into a long contract with a very poor service going forward.
We are having issues getting connected to full fibre with Zen internet canceling our order with the only details being that CityFibre can't connect us (despite it showing that we are able to get full fibre). Saw a post on a random forum that recommended Brawband so I thought I would give them a call and see what they say. So happy I did! Talked to Andrew who went above and beyond, looking at our flat on Google street view and gave me great explanations on why there might be difficulties getting our flat connected to full fibre which Zen didn't do. I've placed an order as was Andrews advice and they will let me know about any issues that arise so that, if I can't get connected, I will at least know exactly what the issue is. Even if I don't get connected the information that Andrew has given has been hugely helpful.
I recently signed up with Brawband and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the very start, their customer service was top-notch, although I did have to try a few times before getting through to anyone.
A special shout-out to Andrew, who went above and beyond to answer all my (many!) questions with patience and clarity. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and friendly he was throughout.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with BrawBand for a little while now, both via email and phone, but unfortunately haven’t been able to reach anyone yet. I’m genuinely interested in your service and would really appreciate hearing back from your team.

Had a few problems during set up but Andrew helped us through everything and got it all set up and it was well worth the wait
Been with them 3 years , great service, has naan down twice in the 3 years I have been with them and they give constant updates on twitter (x) letting people know what’s happening and an estimated time it will be fixed. On the phone customer service is fantastic, they take the time with you to check things and are so friendly

Brawband is genuinely awful. WiFi drops out on average between 10-15 times a day for 2-3 minutes. Constantly having to re set router. When you speak to them they just repeat the same sentence back ''everything is showing as fine at our end'' and if you dare question them in any sort of manner they reply with ''threatening or abusive behaviour to our staff will not be tolerated we will not reply to further emails if you do this again''. Pathetic company with pathetic broadband. I used to have an old Virgin system in which wasn't Fibre and it covered the whole house easily - nothing ever buffered. Brawband barely even makes it up the stairs. I have the router next to my TV with an ethernet cable hard wired into my sky box from the router and it still buffers 3-4 times if your watching an hour long programme for example. Questioned this with Brawband and they advised that I needed to complete a test with everything else in the house turned off to get an accurate result. WHY!? When it's hard wired via an ethernet cable.
DO NOT USE. GO ELSEWHERE.
Easy to join. Cancelled other provider for us. Kit arrived quickly. Good communication.
Great customer service on the phone as well as installers. Clear and concise instructions provided. Incredibly fast internet also.
Best broadband I have had, super quick, no issues so far, I have no complaints at all.
