Sadly despite very polite and professional communication from Brawband, felt badly let down without any internet connection for a fortnight whilst Brawband / CityFibe / and 4th Utility made me - the customer - do all the running back and fore whilst they all hid behind regulation, GDPR and various other reasons why they couldn’t connect me. I made about 30 or so calls across all companies. They all put each other ahead of the customer and blamed third parties. The whole industry needs shaken up. No sense of shame or accountability for what they were prepared to put me through in terms of repeated calls to resolve the same issue over a two week period. It’s always someone else’s fault and these companies are obstructive and “no can do” in their approach. 5/5 for polite communication. 0/5 for taking accountability and seeing the job through. I expect any response to this will continue to show lack of accountability and blaming others for not resolving the issues.

Just supplied what I expected. A good service at a very good price. Internet connection works. Everything set up on the days they said. No selling of extra products or packages.
Simple and plain and effective.

Terrible company. If you want to loose your connection all the time go to BrawBand they excatly providing that. When you want cancelation they ask u to pay fee £300. £300 for what ? For worse service ever ?! This company should be investigated!!

Excellent communication throughout the onboarding process, delivery of kit was on time and I was well informed when it was coming etc. The service has been very good, there was an interruption during the recent story weather and connection was dropping out, for a period of 12 hours or so, during this time I received 4 emails to confirm there was an issue and what was happening and progress for a resolution and then confirmation when it was all back to normal and an explanation of what went wrong (power interruption due to bad weather) things will go wrong from time to time and sign of a good service is how the customer is communicated to throughout this time and Brawband did a brilliant job.

Since getting Brawband the service has been down constantly - just looking at my emails its been an average of 3 (scheduled) times a month. No exaggeration - constant "urgent" maintenance. That's the times they let you know it'll be down. Speed drops regularly - getting about 3% of advertised at the moment. Should be glad it's working at all!
When I complained - They sent me a replacement router then charged for it.
Stay. Away.

Been with Brawband for over 3 years and they are STILL a breath of fresh air! Connection is rock solid, their supplied Wi-Fi router isn't the best BUT when I spoke to them, they supplied a Wi-Fi repeater which fixed the issue! Unlike other suppliers, you can also change router if you like. Only thing I would like to change is some sort of loyalty bonus.

Excellent customer service. We were moving home & wanted to take Brawband with us. Brawband was so responsive to my queries & explained what to do so clearly. Installation was smooth & we were live really quickly.

I like that the service is local and has a personal service. I would have stayed with the company if I could have. The area I moved to doesn’t have City Fibre yet as it’s a new build. Recommend Brawband no issues with the service.

This was my first experience of having my own broadband. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently and made sure I knew how to connect my laptop and mobile phone.

Forgot to order our router in time, and also a part was missing from the router box. All good in the end though. Problems were dealt with in a polite and timely manner, and speed of service and line is excellent.
