The experience with this solicitor was extremely poor. Communication was consistently slow or absent, and key matters were not handled in a timely or professional manner. The process was unnecessarily prolonged, creating avoidable stress and uncertainty.

Issues that should have been straightforward became complicated due to lack of responsiveness and attention. Repeated follow-ups were required to get even basic updates.

It is expected that a standard response may follow, offering to “look into the matter” or “resolve concerns.” Based on the experience, such responses feel procedural rather than genuine.

Reliability and clear communication are essential in this process. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here...

We contacted Boyletts Law following the death of our brother. We needed help with probate and the sale of his property. Kanesia guided us through the process and was always there with advice. We would like to express our thanks for all her help.

The efficiency of the staff and actioning requests was excellent. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
