Great service, minimal interference, after initial details provided only real contact was emails keeping me up to date with process, not quick but definitely hassle free. Money in bank, very happy. OK fee might seem steep but as I had no idea, no desire/inclination to do this myself who cares, effectively free money, thanks for your help

Absolutely fantastic company, I decided to contact Car Claim Specialists to handle my car finance claim and I’m so glad I did. I genuinely don’t believe I would have got the result I did if I’d handled the complaint myself. After the complaint was put to my lender they refused to offer a refund. However Callum at CCS was confident my claim was valid and raised it with the FOS, a couple of months later and I had an offer of refund from the lender. Callum was fantastic throughout the whole process, he kept me up to date with the progress at every stage and can’t thank him and CCS enough. Yes you can handle claims yourself and Yes they do take a fee from the refund but they handle everything for you and make all the contact directly with the lender and FOS if required and for me that was worth the fee. Thank you again.

Excellent service - identified several cars I have had over the years and have submitted my claims!

Received marketing mail. Responded. I provided details of my previous 3 car finance agreements. All agreements via lenders they say they deal with. All three settled fully paid. All 3 of them they replied giving different reasons why they couldn't continue and closed all of them down. Then out of the blue a confusing email with a reference stating one is still live, contact them urgently and do some credit impact stuff via linking my bank account. Weirder still. I ring them. Except regardless of what time you ring the line answers, a recorded message says all agents are busy and it disconnects. No fret, trusty old email to custoner services and named contacts. No response. At all. Poor
