Mr. Conradt was extremely helpful he gave me all the information I needed to take care of my situation on my own, I wish I could hire him but he was upfront, honest and professional and told me I didn’t needed to hire his services, he did not charged me anything for the time he spend on the phone with me, he is very knowledgeable I will encourage anyone and everyone looking for a tax professional to hire him! Tom called on time and was incredibly helpful and forthright. He told us we barely met the criteria for him to take us on and then proceeded to give us very helpful information on what forms we need to submit and how to deal with the IRS. All this for free!! Stay away from this firm. I was late and called in to reschedule and one of the partner said no come in now. So I drove about 30 mins away and when I got there I apologized to the partner and he says time is money. And I said if it's a problem then we can part ways now and he said ok.
