So happy with Boxbee. Easy and simple and totally trustworthy!

Loved the promptness and attentiveness of the service.

Easy peasy. Everything worked just as they stated - they deliver boxes, I fill them up with my old crap, and they take them away for storage.

Pickup / delivery was on schedule and they were super nice.

i hate moving, but i hate using a storage unit even more. I don't have a car, so if need to keep stuff stored when I am between homes, or when certain belongings don't fit in my apartment. Boxbee is the service I've always wanted. They pick up my stuff, store it, and bring individual boxes to my home whenever I need something from that box. Oh and I have pictures and detailed descriptions of what is inside each box on Boxbee.com, so I always know which box I need when I have stuff retrieved.

This service is awesome. Highly recommended.

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick and easy solution to storing some of their things. Convenient pick-up/drop off schedule and boxes were very clean.

Boxbee was incredibly convenient and easy to set up. And now that I have loaded two boxes I have less clutter in my apartment.

Boxbee is great for storing things that you don't use frequently. I use it for scuba gear and car gear that I don't need on-hand year round. I'd also recommend Boxbee for moving items across the city. It's easy to have things picked up in one place and dropped off in another.

Boxbee is great. We actually use it and recommend it to our hosts when they are listing their place on Airbnb. If you have some photos, an iPad, or other things you don't want lying around your house when you have Airbnb guests, you can just throw it all into a Boxbee box and then schedule it to come back when you return. Easy.

I have messy roommates and everyone always has stuff lying around the house that we don't use -- skiing clothing, old books, all kinds of stuff. Boxbee was pretty easy to use to store our stuff -- they came in and picked it up the boxes right from my doorstep :)

I love how in control I feel with boxbee. I can get whatever I need almost whenever I need it. Very useful service when you have a lot of things you need to get across town. Cheaper than renting a Van.

I'm glad Boxbee is now in New York -- the city that never sleeps... without a crapload of things stored under the bed!

Like most New Yorkers, there is something to be found in every nook, cranny, and crevice of my apartment. I found out about Boxbee and decided to try it out. Basically, you schedule a time for them to drop off a box, then you schedule another time for them to pick up the box. I love how quickly you can schedule the boxes to arrive, and how they give you only a one hour window. They also call you right before they arrive, so you know to expect them.

Great customer service and super convenient. I don't know why I would go to a storage unit anymore, when it can come to me??

Having moved so many times in my life I realized that the solution I had for storage was way to expensive and a pain in the posterior. I am based out of San Francisco but the nature of my life/job is to move around for short stints. Previous to Boxbee, that meant giving away stuff ive acquired or trying to sell it. Now, Im a firm believer of minimalism but alot of times I buy nice stuff and dont really want to give it up. Rather I am semi forced to. Now with Boxbee, I am able to store the things I deem worthy of going thru my life journey together and the best parts is that a) its cheap! 6 bucks/box/month and b) its so bloody convenient. Boxbee delivers the high quality empty boxes to you, you fill them up, they then come and pick it up AND whenever you want it back, they bring it back. (you can just have the box delivered back or you can just take some specific items out and Boxbee picks it back up for storage. Realize tho, that there is a fee associated with it.) They also have this really cool, box sharing function that I havent used yet but can see being super useful to share items with your friends and family.

Im super pleased with this solution and honestly its the future for the way I store my gear. Go Boxbee! Now if only I could get my items delivered to non-supported cities by the post!!!

New to NYC I signed up to Boxbee to store some of my excess clothing, while apartment hunting. The quick, hassle-free, friendly service from Boxbee met my high expectations.
Setting up and account was simple and within minutes I'd requested a delivery of my first two boxes - I say first as a week later I got two more :-).
Friendly and professional Tanoy arrived at my Airbnb accommodation during a snowstorm. He kindly insisted on carrying the boxes up the stairs for me and made sure that I knew how to schedule a collection before leaving.
Rafael arrived as scheduled, on a Saturday, to collect my now full storage boxes and once again carried the now significantly heavier items down the stairs and to the van.
And suddenly my life was clutter free, until I needed a warmer weather wardrobe change for a week in Cali.
Retrieving the boxes I'd stored and requesting two additional boxes could not have been more painless, Rafael even waited while I did a quick reshuffle.

Boxbee really made our storage experience super easy and fast and for $6/month it's a pleasure worth every cent.

Be warned! Boxbee do not deliver to your door. They bring the boxes into your house whether that be up 4 flights of awkward stairs or a easy to access ground level room and once you've filled them Rafael or Tanoy will carry them away!

What's my Boxbee future now that I have a permanent place to stay?
I expect we'll be increasing the number of boxes we store to keep our spare room free for friends, family and Airbnb. When Spring arrives our ski & snowboard kit and winter clothing will go straight to Boxbee for the Summer. Come Autumn we'll do a switch and year round we'll get to enjoy a spacious clutter-free home!

I had a number of books that I did not have space for, but did not want to get rid of completely. Boxbee provided me with a simple way to store my books until I free up some space, and I appreciate knowing that I can get them back when I need them.

Boxbee is ultra responsive and even apologized when it was my fault for not meeting them on their first delivery attempt and which they promptly rescheduled. My closet was overflowing with random camping gear and ski clothes that I only needed once in a while and now I can easily get to them when I need them. Awesome service!

It's like an extension of my closet! Boom it's in storage, boom I have it back. And their website let's me manage all my stuff. Seems to be the same price as the old fashioned storage unit, but I don't have to do all that work.

Boxbee is great for my company's storage needs. We are a men's apparel company that quickly outgrew our work space. We looked around for a convenient storage system nearby, but found nothing that would fit our price range. Luckily we found Boxbee. Boxbee worked closely with us to accommodate our storage needs. We love how convenient and fast they work to deliver our stored products. Definitely recommend boxbee for any business!!

Boxbee is convenient, reliable and the employees are extremely nice! Boxbee is perfect for anyone living in SF, as apartments and living spaces are smaller than the norm here. Storing your stuff does not need to be a headache, just use Boxbee!!

Boxbee has solved so many of my storage issues - now I can store my bike during the winter, get my holiday decorations when I need them, and not spend a second trudging to my storage locker. I got rid of it because Boxbee stores everything for me. The delivery guys are great (Hi Brandon and Alex!) and so is the customer service. (Hi Stephanie!)
