Do not order from this company-ordered one item in July of this year (delayed delivery)and since then they've taken another payment and another payment is pending from my account without my authorisation. This is immoral and i will certainly never purchase anything from them ever again

Ripped on the first day — terrible quality and customer support
Very disappointed with this product. The bow lift ripped on the first day of use, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer support expecting them to make it right, but they were absolutely no help and did nothing to resolve the issue. For a product that failed immediately, I expected at least some effort from the company to stand behind what they sell. I would not recommend this product based on both the poor quality and lack of customer service.

I got scammed for a yeti backpack…
Placed an order for a yeti backpack cooler. The invoice they sent doesn't mention yeti even though the picture clearly shows a yeti. The add which I found through Google when I typed in yeti said yeti and the model. I filed a claim eith my credit card and reported as a scam site.
