This company is horrible and the lie. Like one reviewer palates they ask for a review before you receive your order saying they will issue a 100 % refund to the first 10 people to review. Which is not true because the first 10 from when? Instead they tell you that you didn’t qualify for the 100% but here is a 50% off your next order. So I ordered another one of what I originally ordered. I got my first order 7 days after I ordered it. It was very low quality and I initiated a return since they have a two week money back guarantee. That process was almost impossible to get right with at least 10 emails back and forth. When my second order arrived I requested a refund and was told that I could not return this order because it was outside the allowable time frame even though I received this order 7 days after I placed it. Well with the two weeks they promise on their website. When I sent them proof that I was within the two weeks this was their response. I completely understand your frustration and confusion regarding why Order #3846 is marked as ineligible, especially when you have provided proof of the purchase date. However, because our system has registered the return request for Order #3846 as outside the allowable return window, we are strictly unable to override this restriction or make any manual exceptions. Even if we escalate this further, our standard policies and system eligibility guidelines must be strictly adhered to, meaning we cannot authorize a return or refund for Order #3846. STAY AWAY FROM KALSTEN

Scammy - do not order.
1. Free returns - not true. You pay for the return, and they offered me a 30 percent refund.
2. They offered to pay me to write a positive review and then took back the offer once I did.
3. SSD high speed drive - after checking out the details of the external drive AFTER I received it, I discovered it is NOT SSD and is not HIGH Speed. It was a completely fake external drive.
4. I reached out to them with no offer to refund me. Instead, they wanted to offer me discounts on my next order, etc.
5. Ordering from them has cost me hours of time. I am now refusing to pay the fee through my credit card company.

Shipping (from China) was a lot quicker than expected. The mirror itself is very nice, tucking out of the way when not in use. Just a glance, and I can see what’s in my Blindspot as well as what’s coming up from behind. thanks very much!

Item arrived, as described, worked well, for the price it was good, would pay more to have a slightly bigger and more robust model.

I ordered the Kalsten “Rat Fink Collectible Model Toy Halloween Decoration”, which is a replica of a plastic model kit that was available from Revell in the 1960’s. I bought it as a gift for $56.99 (50% off according to the web site).

All images of this item on the Kalsten site showed it as a beautifully detailed and large scale model that was approximately 10 inches long.

I received the product today and it looks absolutely nothing like the product on the Kalsten website. The model is about 1/2 the size of the item photos and has none of the details in the face or body of the rat fink character shown in the photos. The paint job is terrible. The rat fink character is driving a hot rod and his hand is supposed to be on a shifter knob that is a skull on a long shift pole. The actual item has his hand on a small white blob without any shift pole. The face is lacking any detail whatsoever.

I do not recommend purchasing from kalston.com.

This is a terrific product. It’s light-weight and not bulky. It does an excellent job of pulling my shoulders back so that I’m standing up straight rather than slumped. I’ve tried other devices which were either too heavy or they stretched out after a few wearings. I’m very happy with this product.

They were very responsive and provided a quality product.

I am so excited to use my Kalsten Multifunctional Broom and Dustpan Set. It will hang perfectly in my pantry and is very ergonomic.

Product arrived damaged in shipment and did not work. I wanted to replace it with the identical item.
I contacted customer service, they don't offer a return mail nor did they offer to replace the damaged item even if I paid for the return.

I just want to give a little warning to potential customers....as company is not honest with a return policy.
I order metal bathroom corner shelves for $ 50.99.
Product came bended and very poor quality for the quoted price.
First red flag....the day I placed my order , soon after I received follow up email offering return of the full price for favorable review for the company...how can I review an item that I just placed an order for ...and I am not in physical possession of it...
Flag number 2....return...pretty much impossible...
I initiated return with the company and they offered me 5% return of original price and keep an item...or return to the warehouse....
The only thing that the warehouse is in Germany and customer pays for return shipment...
So I went to the postal office and the return shipment cost to Germany would be $ 88 !
Obviously I have no means to return the item that cost me $ 50.99 for this shipment price !
Be careful please and spare yourself an aggrevation I went through.
This company is a scam !!!
