So far everything has been smooth and efficient. The features seem good and the price for a compact rechargeable unit is very attractive.

Buyer beware: Bowlift does not have a functional return process. Their standard practice is to stonewall customers and make the refund process nearly impossible, often forcing you to involve your bank to recover funds rather than receiving a direct refund from the company. Do not shop with them; it is not worth the hassle.

I have now read hundreds of BowLift reviews, and the same pattern appears again and again: customers trying to return merchandise encounter delay, repeated requests, confusing instructions, partial-refund or voucher offers, expensive return routes, and difficulty getting a straightforward refund.

What I do not see is a normal, uncomplicated return process that works the way a return process should work: the customer asks to return an item, receives clear instructions, sends it back, BowLift acknowledges receipt, and the refund is processed.

Even the people who eventually report getting their money back often describe having to struggle for it.

Why is that, BowLift?

If your return system is legitimate and functional, why do so many customers describe such difficulty simply trying to return merchandise and obtain the refund they are entitled to?

Your response below asks me yet again for order information instead of addressing the issue raised in this review. That repetitive response is part of the very problem I am describing.

I am sorry I ever purchased from BowLift. Based on my own experience and what I have now seen in the experiences of many other customers, I would not purchase from this company again, and I would strongly caution others to think very carefully before doing so.

Bought this because it's construction and capacity. I was looking for another grip strength trainer since I have outgrown the 90lb version I have at home.

The website was very easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for and place my order without any issues.

Website was easy to navigate. Item was described well. Would have liked faster free shipping but overall the experience was pleasant.

Edit: Be warned, this company sends out emails saying they'll refund the total cost of the item if you give them a positive review. Once you do that they send you an email saying that you weren't fast enough in your review. But, out of the kindness of their heart you'll get a 50% discount on your next order.

Whatever they say, don't believe them. I sent in a review immediately after getting the offer. They still didn't follow through on their end.
