I cancelled the subscription 9 weeks ago and they still try and charge you.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
I have not received my order for over 9 weeks ago and they will not refund you.

This is the worst online shopping…
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. This site is selling cheap items from China but looks like you are shopping in your home country.
I ordered a $120 fan and it took nearly 2 months to arrive. The first time it arrived it was sent back because it was broken. Then they sent me a second fan which also arrived broken. It literally had no protective packing inside the box. I asked for a refund and they only refund 30% of your original payment. This is not listed in their refund policy, in fact they do not state how much you will be refunded on the website.
They offer 30% of your original payment and a replacment item (that will probably arrive broken). Or 120% credit to by more of their cheap stuff.
On top of that it took ages to even get hold from them about the refund. All and all, would never ever buy from them again.
