Everything has been great! No complaints at all

I ordered Christmas presents from bowlers mart. I even chose the expedited shipping to ensure the gifts arrived on time. 2 days before Christmas I had still only received half of my order. I sent several emails to try and find out what was going on and finally received a reply 2 days after Christmas stating that they would look into it. Once again, no more info on my order until I sent several more emails. I still have zero info on the other half of my order, and once again no response to my emails. This was an expensive gift that I financed through affirm. My first payment will be due before I even know if I will receive my order.

I am a frequent shopper at this store and especially this location. Today and every time I enter I am greeted and acknowledged as a customer. There were at least 5 others already in store and everyone seem to be happy and didn’t mind waiting. Casey was helpful with my questions as I was I need of filling a spot in my bowling bag and looking for the correct ball to round out the group. After we decided I went to bowl two games and returned as he was finishing up my purchase. We checked for fit and finished and everything went smoothly. Some additional advice on cleaning and maintenance of my gear and I was all set. Unfortunately I don’t recall the other gentleman’s name sorry for that but he is also helpful and pleasant to deal with so thank you. The store was clean including the glass entry doors and the floors which I believe is important to maintain for appearance as well as safety. Thanks once again for your great work and I will see you again soon !! Highly recommend this location to others, and if you ever have a problem just ask questions in order to work through it without issues. Everyone will leave felling happy !!
