Beware false marketing offers. Upon landing on the BowlersMart website I was presented with a 5% off promotion for my first order for signing up to receive email and text offers. I agreed and received a promotional code to enter for my purchase. After I entered all the purchase, shipping, and payment data I entered the promotional code for the promised discount. The code was rejected for the purchase as the item chosen was apparently ineligible. I performed the requested action of agreeing to be contacted for future offers. BowlerMart did not fulfill or perform as advertised. Poor first time customer experience
These guys are the best!
I brought my Storm Proton Physix bowling ball in to the Pro Shop located in the Boardwalk Bowling Center in Orlando, Florida. Another shop messed my ball up so badly that it was no longer even usable. Tony did a tremendous job of returning my ball to the manufacturers original condition, and the price was super reasonable!. I am now throwing strike after strike with it. I highly recommend these guys!

Tony in the Pro Shop, at Landmark Lanes in Peoria, IL, is who we trust now for our family's bowling equipment. He is experienced, knowledgeable, willing to discuss what's wanted and needed. We happily drive 90 minutes one way for his expertise. Bowling there is fun, too!

Ordered a ball and shoes on the 25th of March and after several non answered calls and voicemails, today someone answered and I was told they were in, They said "I guess someone decided not to call you " poor communication and customer service

What can I possibly say about James Croy the pro-shop manager at the Orange bowl Bowlersmart in North Lakeland except he is truly a genuine professional that cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure you are completely happy!!!!!
My wife and I have had horrible experiences at our Bowlersmart and with the pro-shop manager in South Lakeland, just an absolute nightmare, and then we go to James that completely solves our problem without prejudice or judgment. He is truly an asset and knowledgeable and cares which means a lot today when it comes to exceptional customer service.
If you want a great experience and have questions about bowling James is absolutely the guy to see !!

Chris is amazing!!! Before Chris I had been seeing the same proshop for 15 years. Chris was able to identify and fix everything that was wrong with my equipment. Not only was everything all wrong but the 3 bowling balls I brought to Chris were all different spans and pitches. Chris fixed everything for me. Best of all I no longer have pain during and after bowling. Chris is truly a master of his craft!!!

The Experience of buying @ Bowlersmart
I Quit buying my Bowling Balls from BowlerX’ and since this year I or my wife has bought balls from Bowlersmart. Great experience from them, and you do get a response back from a Q..in a day or less. I waited for 12 days and no email from BowlerX about the ball! So my wife said NO MORE! So far this year between the 2 of us I’ve bought 4 balls and will continue to buy ALWAYS from Bowlersmart, a loyal customer. Plus they have 4 pro shops around the area I live in! You can not ask anymore from this Co. it’s a 1 stop shopping experience.Thx
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Dropped off 6 balls to this guy on a Tuesday (not all for me) said it would be done Saturday. Saturday then said come back Monday. When my buddy went to get his and his wife's balls drilled, they got there at 5, He told them to come back at 6. My son and I are unable to use these balls because the spans on both balls are way too small. Plug and redrill 8 days and wasted $193. I'll go elsewhere from now on
Very fast shipping, great selection
Ordered a 3 ball bag and a new spare ball, bag was to me lightning fast, expected 3 to 4 weeks for the USMC ball and was to me in a week... very happy with both items and extremely happy with the lightning quick shipping, would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for bowling gear.

James did a great job and I appreciated it very much. He did drill for a thumb slug so I can change sizes. He just didn't have the right kind there as to what I use. Kindly send me a good coupon as I'm looking at buying one of the mid to upper reactive balls

Will not ship on time as advertised and will LIE to you about it!
Placed 2 orders. Site advertises "Free 2-3 business day delivery" and "Place your order before 2PM EST and your order will ship out same day. In stock items will ship out the following weekday if purchased after 3PM EST." Both times I placed the order well before 1pm and they did not even ship for the first 3 business days and showed "Processing."
When I emailed about the first order, they said they shipped the order 2 days prior, but per the tracking, the label was JUST created AFTER I'd already emailed them (as if they forgot and only shipped it because I asked).
For the 2nd order it gets better: Again 3 days goes by with order still showing "processing" and I send email with an auto reply that I should hear back in 24 hrs. 48 hours later I call C/S and am told they were waiting on an item, it just came in and the order just shipped (contrary to the policy above). However, at the same time I received a response to my email inquiry that stated "...this was shipped out on our end on 4/28 via UPS. It looks as though the order was lost in transit...We will ship this out again today via UPS Next Day Air...We have covered the cost of 101.76 for the UPS NEXT DAY AIR to ensure you get this tomorrow." As the order never showed to have been shipped in the first place, I asked for the original tracking number "just in case the lost order arrives" and was told it will never arrive (HA!) because "When a package is lost in transit, it will ship back to us because they will see that we have shipped the order out again." Clearly this is nonsense and they never shipped it. So ultimately I was lied to three separate times about their failure to ship according to their own policies.
