Great customer service
Great customer service, purchased Dexter bowling shoes, ordered my normal size, when I tried on they fit tight. Sent email to customer service and asked about exchange for larger size. Customer service replied within a few minutes by email with a shipping label and instructions to exchange for larger size.

Exchange gone WRONG
I ordered the wrong size shoe and sent it back to exchange for the correct size as this was my first purchase with the company. My experience w support had been good up until I received an email alerting me my package had been delivered. There was no alert in my Ring doorbell but checked anyway as there was picture by the delivery company. No package and upon opening the pic it was the wrong door. Not pleased with the replacement shipping. We need another pair of shoes for another family member and a ball but dont want the hastle of this type of delay if we receive the initial purchase at all.

I paid 50 each for both shirts for faster shipping trying to have for a tournament, they made the shirts fast and shipped them but after they arrived at the nearest ups Hub, the packaged was returned. i finally got my package 4 days after that realizing that they already have free 2-3day shipping and that I paid 100 extra dollars for nothing, especially since both shirts came to the same address, they showed me they cared nothing about the customer but only cared about the measly 100 dollars. I know its not gonna stop your business but i'm at peace knowing you will never steal another dime from me good luck
I'm just about a month now of waiting…
I'm just about a month now of waiting on some sort of information after my ball has cracked . I have sent in picture after picture order # every piece of information requested and I'm being told it a hammer warranty issue . I have asked for some sort of time frame this normally takes and a phone# to actually speak with someone all I received is a email saying there is no time frame to resolve the matter.

What a great place to do business. So I ordered the wrong size shoes and when try to exchange them I press return. So I emailed this company and got a return email within 15 minutes with a shipping label attached. I shipped them and my new order was back in a week. Bowler Mart knows how to do business. Shoes fit perfect. I highly highly recommend this company.

This company is awesome
This company is awesome! They messed up and sent me a pair of bowling shoes that were for a right hander when I needed left. Shoes arrived on a Wednesday, 4 days after I ordered them and I made them aware of the mistake. They were apologetic, professional, and prompt with responses, the replacement pair arrived less than 24 hours later and they trusted me to send the original pair back by sending a return slip and everything needed to get them back. Mistakes happen, it's how companies deal with them, and this one was A+, almost unparalleled. Product was perfect, experience was excellent even with the little misstep. Thanks guys!
