Every time I buy something from this place it becomes an exhausting psycho drama. On this ocassion my kids school jumpers have disproportionately small cuff sewed onto them to the point they can hardly get their hands out. On detailing this fault the company they want more info. Not sure what they don’t understand. It’s exhausting. To the right thing and replace the jumpers!

I ordered my daughter uniform and have been waiting more than 2 months it now just before Christmas and her last year at this school before going to academy and I still don't have the order so is not going to get much use of it before going to academy I have contacted the company lots at first they say waiting on t shirts that I could have picked up at any shop and put the school logo on now after telling them is I did get the order I would be seeking a refund they refund the t shirts I ordered over 2 months ago and processed the rest of the order but instead of thinking we taken for ever let's send it recorded delivery so they get it here ASAP they send it second class just like everything about this company 200% second class

The sizes were wrong on their website but they refunded me for their error when the clothes were too big and then they updated their website. They also gave me a prepaid label to return the items and responded to my email of complaint within 2 hours so I can't fault them really.

It took over 1 month for them to send me the hat I ordered. Very poor communication when I chased for a delivery date. My hat has finally arrived and it is not a Canterbury hat as shown on the site. It’s a much cheaper, lower quality hat and the embroidery is poor quality. Very disappointed given the cost and the heft delivery charges. Will no longer be buying club kit until the club swaps providers.

School blazers and other items must be ordered a full month before the new school year starts - I realise it's their busiest time of year but the lead times are ridiculous.
Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful, sized my son by eye and then confirmed by getting him to try on the relevant items. That took about 5 minutes which is very reasonable in the summer holidays. Then we had to wait at least 15 minutes for our turn at the till - there were only 2 people ahead of us but each purchase requires full address and other details, and people are ordering at the till, comparing options etc. so it takes a long time.
I paid extra for home delivery but then the email communication said I had to go into the store to collect... before it turned up by post after all.
In summary the people and products are good but the systems are appalling.

The shop was never open on days specified tried to get order for 3weeks. Eventually phoned HQ to receive my order

My little ones are delighted with the fleeces for school. Lovely and warm and a reasonable price.

The staff were great and delivered everything on time and the quality of the product was excellent

School coat great. Waterproof while being cosy and warm. Washes well and dries quickly. Great for a boy who comes home muddy every day!

Ordered two jackets in the Ayr store on 10/07/2023 for school starting at the end of August. Jackets came in on 4th August and they were for the wrong school. Phoned and explained what had happened and was advised they would reorder as a priority. New jackets arrived and were again for the wrong school. Phoned again and was told that they would reorder and ensure they were correct and by way of apology for the error and the fact that my kids didn’t have their jackets for starting school, I would be given a significant discount off each jacket. Third jacket arrived and this time, they were the right colour but no school badge and there was no discount offered when they were collected by my mother in law. Phoned and spoke to the manager who said she would look into it. She called back and said she needed to speak with someone else and would call back and I heard nothing else. I phoned two weeks later to find out what was happening and the jackets had not been re-ordered, the manager was on holiday for two weeks and had left no information for any of the staff. I spoke to a really helpful woman who ordered the jackets, phoned head office to make sure they had the correct ones on order and prioritised the order - what should have been done the first time they were wrong. We then had the correct order within 3 days of this person taking charge. I have heard nothing from the manager of the store and have had no response from head office from the complaint I sent to them. Other than the last person I spoke with, their customer service has been terrible. Three months to get two school jackets from somewhere that specialises in uniforms is ridiculous and we will not be using the shop again.

Ordered in a 20% off window so made a good saving. Had to wait longer for order but was aware of this at the time of ordering and recieved an email when ready to collect. Good service, great quality uniform.
