Fast and reliable service

Everything in my order was received amazingly fast. Since 3 items are Christmas presents, I had to laugh. The wine glass was packaged and sent separately which showed concern for such a fragile item.

My experience with Bookswares was really great! I found a beautiful suncatcher on the website that was perfect for my mother-in-law. Ordering was very easy and it arrived very quickly. The quality is great and it was the perfect gift! Thank you!

Bookwares has not delivered my package

Bookwares has not delivered my package. Went out for delivery from local carrier on August 6, 2025. It is now August 23, 2025. I have received nothing but virtual messages from a virtual Bot called Wendy. As far as I am concerned, Bookwares is a complete scam and I would not want ANYONE to purchase anything from them. I expect that those nice reviews are fake and made up.

I made two purchases for suncatcher…

I made two purchases for suncatcher gifts. I made an error in the spelling on the first one. I sent an email to Bookswares and they processed a correction. When they arrived I was very pleased with the various colors and overall beauty of the products.

Don’t order from this company!

Don’t order from this company. Their advertisements shows the product standing up on all pictures. When you get it, it doesn’t have a base to stand up. The personalized words had fallen off when I received it and was in the bag. I am not pleased with the product and quality for which I purchased. I will never buy anything from this company again.

If I could give no stars

If I could give no stars, I would! I will never use this company again. First, the delivery was over two weeks later than promised. When asked (numerous times) when I would receive my order, I was told they couldn’t tell me! Second, when I did receive my order, one of the pieces was broken. The packaging was to blame. The company did not wrap the pieces properly. Third, it took several emails to get a response regarding a refund. Then when I finally received an email stating I would get a refund for the broken piece but I was charged for the shipping!

For your reference, our Production Time takes about 7–10 business days on average. After production is complete, your order is handed over to one of our shipping carriers. At that time, we generate and send you the tracking code. The shipping carrier then delivers the package within 2–3 more weeks, so the total Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) can be up to 3–4 weeks.

We understand that delays and the damaged item you received were frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered a sun catcher and a tote bag

I ordered a sun catcher and a tote bag. The sun catcher finally arrived and is great, but I’m still waiting for the tote. And when I just tried to track it - a process in itself - it said it couldn’t find my order. Not great customer service - won’t be ordering from you again.
Update: tote finally arrived and it’s great, so I’m changing my rating from a 2 to a 4. Ease of communication could have been smoother.

AVOID BOOKWARES.COM

They advertise they are in Colorado with a warehouse in California. Items ship from CHINA and take weeks and weeks and weeks to get to USA. The product quality is China Crap, and their Customer Service lacks big time. Thankfully I am only out $35.

Do not buy from this company

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a women’s XL, I normally wear L or XL women’s. I followed the size charts. The fit is terrible. Chest is slightly tight but sleeves hang off my shoulder an and arm length for LS style hangs to the end of my fingers. The overall quality of the products (I ordered several LS and SL tshirts) was poor.
I have tried working with customer service for almost two weeks. I was only offered 15% discount in my next order. Since I will never order from them again, that is worthless. I have requested a full refund with no response.

Birthday gift for our turning 4…

Birthday gift for our turning 4 Grandson. He loves to see the son shining through our window hangings and the prisms on toe walls. The gift we bought is a ‘sun catcher’ and the prisms aren’t so brilliant but it does make a pretty sunshine.
