I was truly disappointed with the quality of the graduation bear I ordered. It was smaller than what was shown and it looked like it was falling apart I went to their support site and submitted a complaint and basically got a response saying they were sorry but no offer to make it right. Will never purchase from them again and will pass on to others how bad the product and customer service was. Looks like I’m out my money!

Graduation Bear
The only thing we have a question about is the size of the bear...maybe we missed something in the selection process. The bear was a bit smaller than expected, regardless like we said it could of been something we missed, other than that the order was easy to prepare and submit. On the tracking information sent the bear was prepared and shipped from China however upon receiving the packaged bear the shipping label showed Florida. Still a 5 star is submitted.

I ordered three items. Two came looked just like the pictures. Well packed. The third didn’t look like the pictures came in an envelope had a protective seal on it which you couldn’t take off because it was made as one piece was very disappointed because that piece was a gift.
