I had some issues with tracking my order (totally my fault since I put my email address in wrong) I have worked with one of the customer service representatives and she was quick to help by sending new tracking information. The soundscape library also had a lot of options. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered the wrong size earbuds. The customer service experience was exceptional in response! I received a response to my issue within 20 minutes and they were very helpful in processing the exchange.

I recently purchased the Bonamour regular set sleep system, and the ear buds did not fit well due to my small ears. I reached out to customer service, and Catherine was quick to respond with advice on how to exchange for a smaller pair. She sent me a detailed explanation on the other options. I look forward to trying the PRO size and getting a good night rest.

At first I wasn’t happy with the product, turns outs I just wasn’t using it right! I contacted customer service and they very easily sorted the problem out for me. Was glad to know I wouldn't need to send them back!

I’ve been looking for good sleep buds that have Bluetooth and these are very comfortable. I had to exchange sizes as the first one was too big and the customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly and sent me the second set free of charge. I would have been a happy customer have I not tried the QuietOn noise canceling earbuds which block way more sound than these (they do not have Bluetooth). I was hoping that these would be comparable in the noise canceling but they are not. Once the sounds stops I hear all the sounds of the room (snoring, fan, street, clock, neighbors, kids going to the bathroom, etc). So as much as I like these and find them super comfortable I find myself replacing them with the Quiet On buds when I want to sleep and block the noise. I reached out to customer service to see if I can send them back and they said that they cannot return them, but were willing to exchange them for another model. So I guess I’m keeping these even though I’m not sure if I’ll use them.

I am so frustrated. I read all reviews before I bought this product. Everyone say what great customer service they have. My ear buds didn't work for me and I have been calling and emailing for 3 weeks. Get nothing but a recording when I call, just a message that says they are busy and send an email.
No response to my emails either.
How are y'all getting in contact with them. Please help. I just need a refund.

It’s always great when you find a product that is terrific, however when there is a problem that needs to be taken into consideration, that’s when good customer service is so important. I had an issue with one ear that made it impossible for me to be comfortable with the earbuds, so in contacting Catherine and customer service, I was rewarded with the best understanding of the issue and the way to resolve it. I could not have asked for more.

The earbuds did not work. The made a crackly sound when I tried to play my audiobook. Also the are hard as a rock in my ear and are way to big. When contacting them they had me reset it but all it really reset was the Bluetooth connection not the earbuds. They told me the website clearly stated that they do not do refunds🙄sure where? They continued to respond to my emails stating “ First, let me put you at ease and say each of our models sold has less than a one-percent (1%) defect rate.” well I guess I am the 1%. They are refusing to send a replacement pair unless I write this review and give them 5 stars. I doubt I will get a replacement now with this review. Great idea Bella Sleep but poor execution. Stop gaslighting me!!

I recently purchased the Bonamour sleep earbuds and had a mixed experience that was greatly improved thanks to exceptional customer service. Initially, I encountered two primary issues: the earbuds were too large for my ears, causing discomfort, and the battery life was shorter than what I needed for a good night's sleep.

However, I want to give a special shout-out to Catherine from the customer service team. She was incredibly helpful and offered multiple solutions to address my concerns. Her suggestions showed a deep understanding of the product and a genuine desire to improve my experience.

I was happy to learn that the battery life issue and the discomfort of the larger size bud would be resolved with an alternative product replacement.

It's rare to encounter such dedicated and thoughtful customer service. Catherine's assistance not only solved my immediate problems but also made me feel valued as a customer. Working with Catherine significantly enhanced my overall experience with the product.

Customer service is terrific. Catherine heard my concerns and solved my problem to my satisfaction. I appreciate the timeliness and the courtesy.

Great Service and Great Sleep!
So I ordered 2 pair, and although there was a slight blip in shipping, I was provided updates until both were received. I am happy to report the impressive sound quality in these teeny sleep buds! There’s no silicone tip to mess with, just a nice snug fit and they charge pretty quickly. The library includes several options to listen to from different noise frequencies, to nature and weather options! I did end up exchanging one pair for the ProXS but my son is happy with the original Pro pair. Customer Service was outstanding in making the exchange seamless!!!

Product well built and sound library has a lot to choose from. Great customer service on doing an exchange to a different size for me. I'd recommend this product. Be sure to read the return policy as they only allow for exchanges or upgrades

I recent purchased the a pair of Bonamour sleep buds to replace by Bose sleep buds that failed me numerous times. I had an issues with sizing and customer service was very responsive to me and immediately offered me alternative solution(smaller buds). Greatly appreciate the responsiveness of the customer service team and their commitment to finding me the right product.

The sound quality is terrible, there is no app and the customer service is dishonest. They do not allow any refunds only an excange for one of their other awful products but don't tell you until you buy them.

Their customer service is really quick! They respond to emails within minutes of my request! And I think it is a real person! 😊

To echo another review below: this company and its products are a scam, and nothing else. The best thing they have is their sound library, but even that is fairly crappy. The fact that you can literally buy an identical pair of earbuds on Temu for less than 20 bucks is frankly farcical, and I genuinely don't know how the company gets away with it. Although it's no wonder they seem so generous with their replacement and upgrade policy! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
