Great customer service support to assist me in identifying the best product for me and that I would be completely satisfied with my experience.

The sound library was very inclusive with many choices depending on my mood. Customer service was very prompt and helpful explaining my options when I wanted to upgrade.

The customer service was timely and helpful. The earbuds are nicely shaped and ideal for sleeping and easily paired with my iPhone, The library has tons of choices for creating the ideal sleeping ambiance.

Customer Service was good to work with as my first set didn't fit, so I needed to get another smaller pair.

Customer service has been extremely responsive and cooperative to all of my questions. I was thrilled to find that the sound library offered a very soothing wave sound!

Catherine was a very responsive and helpful customer service agent! She got back to me right away and supported me and getting the product I needed in time for my trip. My first set was too large and she quickly helped me get into the right pair. The unique Soundsystem is perfect for blocking out background noises and getting into deeper sleep!

I have been using the Sleep library and have definitely seen an improvement in my sleep quality and mental recovery. Customer service helped me with question I had and was very nice and responded very quickly.

My wife seems to like them but needs smaller size. Good product.

Sarcastic, rude, inflammatory customer service. Only delivered one out of two sets of earbuds. Contested this and made us pay for the other pair through Affirm. Cheap plasticy earbuds. No refunds. Stay away.

They take your money and will under no circumstances return your money. If these are not for you there is no return. If they don’t stay charged all night… tough. Buyer Beware. So unhappy!!!!

The headphones are good and comfortable, specifically designed to be slept in. There's also access to a lot of audio to help you sleep better that is high quality and well produced.

I had the chance to purchase the sleep system to help my insomnia. It proved to be a great investment. The sound quality from the earbuds was as good as my 1st Gen Apple IPods. The choices from the Library were many, I chose versions that aligned with the science the System promoting certain frequencies. I've already recommended to a friend with Insomnia

My wife loved her Bose Sleepbuds and was excited that another company decided to resurrect a similar design.

We ordered the original sleep system and they didn’t fit quite right but once we called Bonamour did bent over backwards to help us upgrade in to the new Sleep Pros.

My wife can’t wait to try them out.

My sister in law told me how much this product helped her sleep and also blocked out her husband's snoring. I am a horrible sleeper and decided to try. The first pair didn't fit my ears as well but my sister in law told me what an awesome experience she had with customer service and when I called I wasn't disappointed either! They were so helpful and accommodating and I am excited to get my new pair in the mail any day!

Don't waste your money. I purchased a pair of the XS for $200 because I have been having trouble sleeping ( I need sounds, partner needs silence). They came and they were very cheaply made. I tried them on and they kept cutting in and out and did not last the night ( maybe 4 hours tops). What good is that? I was told by customer service that I needed to turn off my Bluetooth and restart my phone ( oh yeah, there is no app for this, the sounds are just on a website or Spotify). That solution made it worse and now 1 of those does not work. I reached out again and got the same copy-and-paste email others have gotten from Catherine. They sent another pair and again it doesn't work. This time it was static sounding in one of the headphones and I didn't even try to sleep with it. Do not buy these, they will not refund your money even if they are selling faulty products. Catherine seems to be the only person in customer service and she is not good at her job. She ignores most of your questions and will just try to get you to get something else nor will they acknowledge any issues with the product. Look on Temu, there are ones that look exactly like the ones they are selling for no more than $30, wish I had seen that sooner. I'm hoping I can get my money back from the chargeback I did or from the complaint I made to the Attorney General's office.

Good selection of soundscapes on the app. The original ones I ordered were a little big for my ears but customer service helped me exchange them for the smaller size.

I have had a wondering experience with the costumer service. They have responded back to me within 2 hrs with every question I have had. I am also loving the soundscapes. Plenty of option with hopefully more to come. Thank you for being so wondering and helping me find the buds best for me

I really like the sleep soundtracks- it definitely feels like my sleep is more sound. Customer service is very responsive.
