It took almost 3 months to receive my order. I tried emailing multiple times with no response. When I finally received it I was so disappointed with the quality. Very cheap

Scam

Shipping policies are a joke. Website advertises a 2 week delivery. It’s been over 3 months and my order still hasn’t even been produced, never mind delivered. I’ve contacted customer service twice to cancel the order and refund my money and they’ve refused, instead offering me a discount on my next order. As if I’d ever order from this company again. It’s a total scam.

Not impressed

My order must have been lost because I had to reach out almost 2 months later asking for an update, then they finally worked on it. Then when I got it the print was very light and hard to see. I’ve found shops on Etsy that have better quality.

Your product was two months late

Your product was two months late. When contacting customer service, I got the same response repeatedly. I asked to be refunded and was not.

Two Orders Placed, Both Had Massive Issues

I placed two orders with Boldier and both were disastrous. The first was delayed far beyond the deliverability date which meant the item did not arrive in time for the celebration it was ordered for. As an apology, Boldier sent a voucher. I paid for the shipping cost of the new item and waited and waited for it to arrive. I reached out to Boldier and kept receiving the runaround. When the order finally arrived months after the order was placed, the item received was for someone else's order. I contacted Boldier and requested a refund for the shipping costs and never received a response. I had to go through my bank to resolve the issue.

Poor workmanship / long wait to arrive

I waited months for my key chain (I purchased it after my dog passed away in May) and when I received it (in August), it was such a terrible job. I was hoping to order more keychains for a friend who recently lost several pups but I can’t of this is the quality of workmanship.

Horrible customer service

Customer service was an absolute disgrace. Ordered the keychain in April wanting it for Mother’s Day when the website said 2 weeks to make. Didn’t get the item until September. Had to go round and round with the company when they said it was completed, then wasn’t completed, then had been shipped, to then just being packaged up. Will never order from
Here again. Buyer beware

Would not recommend

Got a keychain for a friend who lost her dog. It took 7 MONTHS and countless emails to get an update on only the shipping.
Overall, the keychain was cute and she got it the day before she moved(thankfully), but the customer service and overall experience was an absolute nightmare the entire time.
Don’t bother ordering if you need it in a timely manner to give as a gift.

Don’t waste your money!!!

It took 3 months to receive the product and the quality was very cheap. They got my order wrong 3 times!!! and I had to chase them daily to get a response and follow up. I never got the product I actually ordered. Don’t waste your money on these fools. They don’t care about customer service or quality- they just want your money and delay until you forget or give up.

Complete hassle

Complete hassle. I have waited MONTHS for my product. The when I emailed to check up in it I get no response. Then! They ask how the service was and I haven’t even gotten my product yet. it’s been awaiting shipping for over a week now
