Never received order

Placed 2orders may 2023. Never received either order. Messaged customer service. Only received 1response- prioritizing— still never received. Attempted to cancel. Request refund. No response. Waste.

My last order literally never showed…

My last order literally never showed up. Ordered a necklace for my niece with her name on it and I never ever heard from them. Emailed them about a month later letting them know but at that point I didn’t want it anymore, the first order I did they also never responded and after a month of waiting I emailed about it and they then got my order started. I loved the keychain when it showed up finally but I’ll never order from them again. Twice in a row!

Not worth the wait

I ordered my keychain in April of 2023 and did not receive the keychain until December 2023. I sent an email to the customer service department and they never got back to me. Don’t order from them if you want it to arrive any earlier than 8 months after ordering it.

It took 8 months to get the product…

It took 8 months to get the product after being told it was in production around 1 month after I ordered it. Customer service responses were nonexistent. My tracking number/order number disappeared from your website about halfway through that waiting period, so I just assumed that I had been scammed. When it finally arrived, the picture was well done. But the Keychain broke within a month of having it.

I waited months for my product

I waited months for my product. I tried calling and sent email after email and never got a response. The product was nice once I got it but would not recommend ordering from this company. I purchased this item for my friend whose dog had passed, by the time I got the item she had gotten a new dog already.

DONT ODER FROM HERE

Order was months late. Customer service experience was awful. Some emails took days and even weeks just to get a response and when I did get a reply it was zero help at all. Also tried to get a refund and never got a reply from customer service. Genuinely would not recommend anyone buys from them. Just go to Etsy and you can find same thing for much cheaper with much better service.

Received purchase 7 months later

Had to follow up a couple times about the order. Received it well past the estimated arrival date. About 7 months past. Was meant to be a gift for an occasion so that was disappointing. The products themselves turned out great (etched keychains with dog pictures that passed away), but I’m sure I can find another company that could do it just as well.

Oooo these jerks are scammers

Update: One day after the company responded my item arrived. Two stars instead of my original 1 star.

Oooo these jerks are scammers. Worse than just being liars who take your money, they advertise a product that mostly appeals to sad people who have lost pets and want a nice token of those pets and then never ever make or deliver that product. Ordered in early November as a gift, my order “went to production” six weeks later, and five weeks after that I’m still waiting, after multiple emails with customer service saying my order has “been prioritized.” Last week “Betti” who I’m sure is a bot, said my order had been finalized and dispatched and I would receive tracking info shortly. Bull. So five stars for being scammers and liars! But actually zero stars because I hate you and the fraud you’re running.

Biggest scam ever.

My order was paid for immediately, then took 6 months, over a dozen emails, Instagram messages and comments, phone calls to a recording never once speaking with a real person, and 5 requests to cancel before I was acknowledged. It was only because I threatened to go through my bank and have that payment regarded as fraud that I actually got a response. After that, the Keychain arrived within a week and was so poor in quality that it broke 2 weeks later. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received four months after ordering/paying

Ordered in early October. Mid-December and still nothing despite multiple emails.

Update: Received the key chain on 1/29, four months after I ordered it and one month after Boldier shared it was ready and being shipped. The key chain is fine.

Terrible customer service

I ordered my product in May and only got it in September. There was little communication. I had to email them about my order multiple times. I ordered for Mother’s Day and couldn’t even give my gift to my mother.

Don't buy from Boldier, no customer service...

It was initially a 2 week turn around that turned into a constant back and forth of "it will be shipped out next week". 6 months later it finally arrived.
