I had an issue with tyres that I bought 6 months ago and they did not give me enough mileage.
The manager put himself into my shoes, and after a very friendly conversation, he gave a very good deal as well. I am VERY grateful and I will recommend the Belmont Store with everyone I know.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service at Bob Jane Toombul. First time I thought the Manager, Max, was having a bad day and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, his appalling level of customer care and attitude beggars belief! the most recent event happened on 26 Feb 2025 - needed the nitro topped up; rang ahead at 1.20pm to ensure they could fit me in; the call (apparently bounced to Melbourne) was answered and a woman booked me in for 3pm the same day; I rock up at 3pm only to be greeted by an eye-roll and complained about the Melbourne staff member for taking a booking and then be told that the workshop was running at least 90 minutes behind schedule. All for a 2 minute job to pump up my tyres with Nitro, which, IF he got off his high horse, he could've done for me in 2 minutes. the deterioration of service is since the Store was taken back by the Company; it was great when it was run by the franchisees - Do yourself a favour Management get rid of Max or atleast put someone who cares about customers in there.

Staff at Nunawading in particular the manager proved again to be arrogant and unhelpful. This time all that was requested was for some help to remove a locknut, a little goodwill for which I was given all the reasons why they couldn’t and wouldn’t even try.. I then go to a competitor nearby “ Highway Tyres” they couldn’t be more helpful , the guy used a manual tool to remove and also offered to loosen all others.. I will never return to Nunawading Bob Jane , much better customer service at smaller tyre businesses

Had a disappointing experience today 4/2/2025 with the local "Bob Jane t Mart" here in Bunbury WA. I rang enquiring about purchasing 5 Parelli Scorpion AT Plus tyres, which was fine but after I advised the sales person that I had five brand new wheels being delivered to me from interstate, which I requested the tyres be fitted to. The sales person then said to me in a rather condescending way that they would not fit the tyres to the wheels.
I asked why and he said that it wasn't worth while fitting the tyres to random wheels that I'd bought online. I said that the last set of tyres I bought from Bob Jane T Marts were mounted to my current set of wheels (which were "Purchased Randomly" Online too) In perth about a year and a half ago. He said that I should go to perth to have them fitted as he wouldn't. so Not happy at all with the service in Bunbury. For years I have bought tyres from Bob Jane T Mart and have never before had any issues, so I am not too happy with how things went this time.
Not Happy now I have to find another tyre fitting company to work with.

what a load of crap, took my ml320 Mercedes to the cairns store and explained the issue with the wheel alignment and balance, they charged for both and did one...the wheel balance. The alignment was not done....the car still pulled the the left and doe not track at all, plus they broke my left front cent re cap and did not tell me rater they just placed it in the glove box

Buy 3 get 1 free. All our prices include fitting and balancing.
Then when you book they tell you there's a cost to fit and balance the 4th "free" tyre. OMG can one business tell the truth and not have deceptive practices.
NEVER, so long as the sun shines, will i use a company that pulls this trick on the phone.
Booked with MyCar (formerly Kmart Auto) they price matched the same tyres fitted and balanced without the hidden crunch fee.
Purchased 2 tyres and had a wheel alignment done but the steering wheel wasn't straight. After three attempts I was told that was the best they could do and as my car was leased, i shouldn't worry about it anyway.

Ruined a brand new set of tyres within 2 1/2 months due to a shoddy alignment and their defence is “it could have been anything”
Had it inspected by another workshop with a diagnosis of No destroyed bushes, no bent parts, no broken components, just seriously mis aligned.
They give Big promises of service and customer satisfaction, but once you leave their driveway it becomes more a case of tough luck mate, not our problem.
Rather than working with me to any sort of outcome, they simply told me to get lost (only not as nicely)
If i could give 0 stars, i would.
Disgraceful attitude of taking no responsibility for the work you do could only come from bob jane’s management training program.

Ordered and paid deposit for Yokohama G015 tyres on Black Friday deal. (Noted preferred install date to be in 3 weeks time [note plenty of time for them to find tyres that they were selling online])
5days after order called to say they didn’t have any, offered to swap tyres with alternative tyre (no discount offered), offered refund as soon as they realised I wasn’t happy.
Looked online following BJ call informing me they had no stock and they were still selling the tyres I ordered but on a different discount (but several hundred more than what I had paid a discount for)
Really dodgy tactics.
A lot better options out there than these guys.
1 other thing when comparing prices, BJ don’t include a wheel alignment in their cost, it’s an extra they tell you when you drop the car off.

Took the deposit for the Pirelli deal and called back a few days later to say they don’t have stock and I can buy this expensive tyres instead. Bait and switch tactics. When you have taken the money, you should know your stock and honour your word. Very dodgy.

What a horrible encounter with Bob Jane Preston. Customer service at the front desk was horrible and I could not wait to get out of there.
Was made to feel like I knew nothing and the older man consultant knew what I needed told me quite rudely he couldn't help me to Monday (which I never thought I was going to be helped same day) I would be waiting around 3 hrs and I needed to leave a deposit.
Left thinking surely I can find better drove down the road to a competitor to a completely different experience they were friendly extremely helpful they offered 5 tyres and not the cheap version I was told I needed as and amazingly they did it straight away.
Lesson to Bob Jane have your front house workers take a course on customer service there is no need to be rude to paying customers or made to feel they are bothering them.
QLDNEVER NEVER USE Bob Jane T-Mart at Nerang
On 9/11 our work vehicle was taken in for wheel rotation. On November 18th driving into Brisbane the rear passenger side wheel FELL OFF. The vehicle was towed to a Brisbane workshop and they have provided a written report saying the wheel nuts were not tightened.
The vehicle has had NO other work done by anybody else and the franchisee response we have CCTV that shows it was done properly. They must have regular issues to have a need for CCTV and his other comment "We also have a signed job card by the technician (legally binding document)" what company does this.

For the SAKE of your family and people in your car DO NOT USE THEM, as in this case luck no one was injured or killed. If it had happened on the M1 who knows.
Overall cost to address: $3915.94
Second time i've had a puncture in the past few years in Bendigo. Each time i've taken it to Bob Jane Bendigo and its been quickly repaired and put back on the car. And each time its been free! No wonder i always buy my tyres there, best prices, really great staff! Great customer service!!

I was sceptical about the promotion when I saw some reviews in other forums that they were not true. I tried my luck in BJ Gladesville, it really works for my orders of Pirelli PZ4. Got 40% off!
I did wheel alignments too. Unfortunately, it was not properly done and l realised my car was tilting to left after the service. Finally, I have to fix it at Tesla and we found out it was not aligned at 0 (off by 4 mins). I would suggest they need to perform more trainings to the staffs for wheel alignments for EVs. If the alignment work was good, I shall have given 5-star review for the overall perception of the services. The staffs I talked to are all nice and patience.

When I went back to collect the vehicle, I noticed they had put on a cheaper tyre than I was quoted on. They said they didn't have the proper tyres in stock and would have to bring the vehicle back tomorrow to get the right tyres put on. They also rung me the next day and told me that these tyres were dearer and I would have to pay an additional $152. Dropped it off the next day but after the new tyres were put on the steering wheel shock that much it was scary. The vehicle steering wheel was also not straight. They finally fixed it on the 3rd attempt. They also charged me $149 for the wheel alignment which I thought was expensive, so I called 2 other Bob Jane stores to get a quote and both stores quoted me $89. So really poor service and also feel ripped off.
