I would give zero stars if I could. Worthless scam insurance. Don’t waste your money. Non responsive, find every which way not to pay and you will be left paying the bill. Avoid at all costs.

Second hand parts

Terrible company and anyone with this product should do their best to cancel and refund AS THEIR PDS STATES THEY CAN. Do not let them get away with saying no.

At no point when signing up to this warranty, nor in the PDS does it state that they will only pay for second hand parts. When a failed water pump was quoted at $864 for the part, Integrity said the most they would pay is $186 as they had found another one. Mechanic stated when I picked up the car that he refused to install a second hand pump as he is liable for the warranty of it when it fails.

Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience with Integrity Extended Warranty for my 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250.

When buying the car, the dealer strongly recommended purchasing this warranty and made it sound like major repairs would be covered without issues. Unfortunately, when I actually needed support, the experience was extremely frustrating.

My vehicle developed a transmission overheating issue, causing the engine warning light to come on. The Mercedes service centre diagnosed the problem and advised that the required repair would cost around $4,800. They also confirmed that this type of issue should normally be covered under the extended warranty.

After the claim was submitted, there was no response for almost 3 weeks. I had to continuously call and follow up myself just to get updates. It eventually took around 4 weeks to receive an outcome.

The most disappointing part was that Integrity only approved $2,000 and insisted on using a second-hand transmission part for a premium European vehicle like a Mercedes-Benz. My authorised service centre refused to install a used part due to the risks involved with such a delicate transmission system.

Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was told to go to another repairer, pay for another inspection, submit another claim again, and wait for another approval process. Meanwhile, I am left without a proper solution and expected to pay the remaining costs from my own pocket.

The customer service was rude, dismissive, and showed no understanding of the customer’s situation. It felt like they only look for the cheapest possible option rather than properly supporting the customer when a genuine issue arises.

In my opinion, this warranty has been a waste of money, and I would strongly advise others to carefully read the fine print before purchasing. Very disappointing experience overall.
If there would be zero rating would have given them that .

Paid $4,000 FOR NOTHING

Paid $4,000 for a 5-year extended warranty only to have my claim denied based on servicing intervals that Integrity appear to have made up themselves, despite BMW vehicles operating on Condition Based Servicing (CBS). I provided written evidence from BMW! They told me I was in breach of my service requirements and that MY CAR requires “fixed service intervals”.
Integrity have not stated that the servicing did not cause the failure — denying my claim because it didn’t fit their own interpretation of servicing requirements- breaching Australian consumer laws.
Avoid like the plague. I can not believe the response they were willing to put in writing! Disguisting. Junk warranty ++. Can’t wait to wipe the floor with integrity warranty in VCAT. I’ll remove this review if you pay for my repairs like you should have 2 months ago

SCAMMERS

From day dot they were shady to me, told i was getting stage 3 cover by the dealership at midland city kia. Got home and read it was stage 2 cover. Just tried to make a claim for a fuel pump which failed on my clubsport and denied due to ‘wear and tear’. Absolute scums. The fuel pump is not listed in there extremely long list of parts not covered but apparently its wear and tear. They stated it has to be an instant mechanical failure to be liable for a claim. It does get anymore ‘instant’ than my car cutting out on the freeway 🤦‍♀️. Asked them what it actually covers if everything is deemed wear and tear and they couldn’t give me an answer. These scums know what theyre doing they are just playing all the cards in the book to rip people off DO NOT EVER purchase a warranty from these low lifes.

Never ever buy their warranty. its all BS

Class action required

Absolute scam. I have been trying to engage with these people for a year about a claim but they have failed to provide any meaningful engagement, and lately any engagement at all, in clear breach of their own policies and the Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately, legal and regulatory consequences appear to be the only way to prompt action to correct the ongoing and egregious behavior being perpetrated by this company - see below:

Please register your interest in a class action on the Facebook group "Integrity Car Care Extended Car Warranty SCAM Exposed" - currently at over 700 members.

Additionally, please report your concerns and complaints to AFCA. For your information, AFCA recently issued its determination of case 12-25-231574, condemning much of the practices being complained of below.

This warranty doesn't cover shit, total scam! The car dealers work with this company iwarranty to deliberately scam peoples hard earned money!, These car dealers knowingly sell a misleading and dodgy product! will 100% be taking legal action and contacting media!

Not happy Jan.

Honestly, just completely gobsmacked at the entire experience..
Was up sold the top tear cover from the car yard, was told 'just like a brand new car warranty the top tear covers everything!'
8mths in and all the problems start with the car. After getting a quote of $9k to fix everything, I was told none of it was covered. Not one cent.
I had to hire a car as my job is on the road, so out of pocket even more.... Asked for a refund which was denied. Asked to cancel and be reimbursed the remainder, to no avail.
Feel absolutely ripped off....
Wish I found the Facebook page before signing anything.
Honestly can't believe they are still operating...

THIEVES

THIEVES. I purchased an Isuzu Dmax in September 2025. Everything that you say has gone wrong with the car they classify as wear and tear. These people will go to amazing lengths to not payout and the customer service is terrible. In feb 2026 my car was written off and I contacted iwarranty for a refund. Sent all the details through and they asked for 10 business days to sort it. 15 business days went by and no answer, so I emailed again and they asked for another 10 buisness days. Fast forward to 30 business days since the first email and they told me they don’t do the refunds it comes from the place you bought the car. What kind of imbeciles are they employing that need a working month to tell me they don’t do refunds. Terrible experience with iwarranty, don't make the same mistake as me and many other people.

One star because I can't rate zero…

One star because I can't rate zero stars. This company is beyond shady.

They covered less than one-fifth of our repair bill for timing chain and coolant pump related issues. Fluids aren't covered even though they're an important part of any repair job. They also only cover a portion of the workshop's hourly labor cost, and don't have it written anywhere how much labour they will cover, this is arbitrarily decided when you make a claim.

When the vehicle was ready to pick up, I was advised that integrity/iwarranty/extended dealer services company only makes payments on Tuesdays and Fridays, as such, I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for another three days because the Monday 12pm cutoff was missed in order for the workshop to receive a Tuesday payment.

In the six months between us purchasing the warranty and needing to make a claim, our warranty was sold to a separate company (Extended dealer services), and we weren't notified that this had happened, only finding out when we called the previous company (iWarranty / Integrity).

Please save yourself the headache and don't fall for this companies false promises. The name "Integrity" is a front, they operate with 0 integrity.

Never again will I get an extended warranty

Such a bad experience.
Warranty was purchased at a Toyota dealer, we were “encouraged” to buy it without all the basic information, were told it would cover everything. Well it didn’t. And for them to start communicating I had to put a complaint on Product Review!!!! After a lot of really painful conversations we finally got a refund on our warranty payment due to incompetence during the sales process and failure to supply all the information.
Communication only happened once I place a bad review on their site.
We have now had the work completed on our vehicle and everything is working.
The invoice had to reworked as they charge more if it goes through unintegrity.
So they give the selling over to the dealers, they do their best to avoid any payouts by having front line telephone peeps who have absolutely no technical knowledge and read from a script. They only act further if you complain on their website.
Never again will I buy an add on warranty.

Iwarranty dissatisfaction

Hi,

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience regarding my claim for our Toyota 86 and the process of dealing with your Integrity insurance.

When we originally purchased the car, the salesman at the dealership strongly recommended the extra Integrity warranty, assuring us that it would provide peace of mind in case anything happened to the vehicle.

Unfortunately, my recent attempt to claim a fault with our Toyota through Integrity Co. has not lived up to those assurances.

Specifically, the issue involved the brake booster—a well-known concern with 2013-2014 Toyota models that, as you are probably aware, was never subject to a recall.

That’s why we decided to use the Integrity warranty, trusting it would cover us for this type of problem. However, it turned out to be the vacuum pump integrated with the brake booster, and the claim was denied on technical grounds.

This left me with the impression that, like many other insurance companies, the policy finds ways to exclude coverage and leaves the customer without real support, despite the policy clearly stating it covers the brake booster.

Out of frustration, I reached out to the original dealer and shared my experience, advising them not to recommend or sell the Integrity Warranty or encourage customers to purchase additional coverage, as I found it to be a waste of both time and money.

I feel it’s important to share this feedback not only with you but also with the wider community, so I plan to post about my experience on social media to help inform other customers.

Very keen to take your money.

Very keen to take your money but not keen to provide the coverage they promise. I attempted to claim for a blocked and broken intake manifold within a month of purchasing the vehicle. I was told that the fault is not covered sighting normal ware and tare. Later I was advised I was in breach of warranty for servicing the car 2,000km past the service due milage. They'll do anything to get out of paying for repairs.
