Got stuck behind a woman with a trolley dead looking weeds plants.took 2 till staff to sort it.after 10 minutes began to get a bit restless.the conveyor belt was covered in plant much liquid fertiliser soil debris.didnt fancy placing my purchases on top of all that.hottest day of the year btw.so while watching these clowns get it together played the invisible man.not a glance.not a apologetic word.not one look or acknowledgement. in my direction I'm standing right there next.talk about being taken for granted.staff member looked frankly simple minded.they seem desperate.looming large though behind the display bottle upon bottle of over priced hard liquor.i guess my tiny 2 pound sweetie purchase didnt matter.i refuse to be served by that not fit for purpose staff member again.you see they are were not even sentient of what the customer was feeling or how to redress that.

Receipt

Was able to obtain a receipt by emailing Customer Services as I'd not bothered getting one during my original purchase. Item was then quickly and easily returned and refunded in Durham store.

Don’t expect any help in the Chelmsford…

Don’t expect any help in the Chelmsford branch because they will send you all over the place and not even taking it to where they think it is.o asked for soft play sand , I was told to look at the back near a kids section to look at the front on the shells and then I was told to look on a pallet next to the escalator. Still cannot find or a staff employee to help

Jane was Amazing!

Jane was Amazing!!

She was polite, efficient and friendly, talked me through the process of obtaining the required information in a patient and professional manner.
She spoke clearly and really sounded like she wanted to help.
Unlike many
She is an example of excellent customer service, if all were like her, I was be more willing, when it came to making the calls.

I went to B&M in Stamford as I was…

I went to B&M in Stamford as I was looking for 2 storage stools and while I was wondering around I was approached by Louisa and she was absolutely amazing!
She did everything she could to find the items I was looking for. Checked the system and helped me finding them.
It's really rare these days to find staff this helpful, specially in a big store like this.

Great Customer Service

I called customer services yesterday (23rd June) regarding a purchase I made earlier this month. Unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt so the young lady sent me an email showing my electronic receipt. Overall a very helpful and professional service. Isabelle from customer service was…

Isabelle from customer service was absolutely fabulous! Had a bad experience in store in regards to a faulty fan I bought less than 30 days ago that the manager woudnt help me with due to not having the receipt. Isabelle went above and beyond to track my receipt so I can get my exchange sorted for my faulty item. Thankyou Isabelle !

Couple weeks ago I went into B&M in…

Couple weeks ago I went into B&M in pitsea and I couldn’t find few this and I think her name was Billie I’m not too sure if that her name but she went above and beyond she help me find every item I couldn’t find, we was very helpful and had a massive smile on her face. if I was her boss I would give her a pay rise if I had the opportunity to do so .

Refused service and shouted at across the store

Popped by the Towyn Road store where my sister and then dad were refused a gas-stove lighter for not having Id, and then proxy reasons. Then I entered the store separately with my valid ID, and the same staff member shouted across the shop floor that I would not be served just as I was about to pick up a lighter. And when I approached to understand the grounds better, I was responded to in a very aggressive manner. We were the only non-white customers in the store at the time and I wear the hijab. The manner in which we were treated was public, humiliating and felt racially committed. I will be raising a formal complaint with B&M and awaiting their response.

Excellent customer experience

I had a great experience in the Hexham store in Northumberland. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a lady who stood out when she helped me with a purchase. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the items I needed. She helped me carry them and put them in a trolley. Fantastic customer experience.
